Welcome to our top-notch 2-bedroom serviced apartment in Hamburg-Ottensen, hosted by the legendary Boogie Park Studio - Udo Lindenberg's second home! Accommodating 4 guests, it's just a 10-minute walk to the harbor, train station, Elbe beach, and even the Reeperbahn. Ottensen is one of Hamburg's most beautiful neighborhoods, brimming with lively bars, shops, and a twice-weekly market. Renovated in 2024 we usually use it as artist residence for the studio. From time to time some slots are free.

Königstrasse subway station (5 min. walk), the Altona Train Station (10 min. walk) and the Altona Central Bus Station (10 min. walk) all Hamburg destinations are easily reached.

In the heart of the "Schanze" is this little piece of jewelery - hidden in a side street & yet in the middle of Hamburg´s stage quarter. The apartment is perfect for 2 & nice for 4. Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

The apartment has everything you need for a shorter or longer Hamburg stay - private entrance, Wi-Fi, kitchen-living room, living-bedroom and a pretty bathroom with underfloor heating. The location is perfect - super quiet - 3 minutes to the Elbe and 5 minutes to the lively center of Ottensen. An ideal starting point!
