House vacation rentals in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

This place was great and Renato was very friendly and extremely helpful with the accommodations. He even arranged for a wheelchair ramp to be built for our stay. The rental is very clean, private and safe, and the area is great for a cycling getaway. We will definitely book again with Renato!

We really enjoyed staying in the house. It was secluded but near people, has a lovely flowing river across the road; lots of villages and forests and spectacular mountains nearby. Villa Cecone is worth visiting as are the caves. Bed is comfortable. We also loved Gelindo’s family restaurant about 25 mins away. Friendly and helpful staff and very good food and wine. We enjoyed our stay and Gelindo’s prompt response to our questions.

We had an amazing stay in Bibione – thank you so much, Umberto! We’ve never had such a kind and flexible host. We messed up our check-in time, but he patiently waited for us and was incredibly understanding. The apartment is huge, unbelievably clean (cleaner than any Airbnb we’ve stayed at!), and just a short walk from the beach. We’d come back in a heartbeat – highly recommended

What a find - a fantastic house in a great setting with the added bonus of the vineyard (and the hosts wine!) and the food offer which was just brilliant. Federica was aa awesome host and she and her family made us feel so welcome. Hope to come back soon and will certainly be recommending widely.

Our stay at the villa in Marina Julia was fantastic! The villa was great with very good facilities, a nice yard and a great pool. The villa is about a 10 minute walk from the beach, and a natura 2000 reserve where you can strawl along the coastline and find peace and quiet. Our hosts were very helpful when we had to visit the local emergency room, for which we want to thank them again. All in all , we had a wonderful stay at the villa and would certainly return for another visit in the future.

The apartment and garden were clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos and description. We also loved their sweet and friendly cat Felix, who came by to visit us from time to time. It’s truly a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Thank you for this lovely time – we’d love to come back!

Great apartment, well suited to hikers who want to do self-catering (shops nearby) or explore local restaurants. We went hiking on the steep slopes nearby and Licia's place was a great base, also nearby the bus station so easy to reach by public transport.

A wonderful place where we hope to return! We stayed for the Easter holidays with our two young children and grandparents. All six of us had a great time. The house has convenient access and offers all amenities, both indoors and outdoors, thanks also to the lawn and proximity to the river, reachable in a few steps, where the children were able to play freely. Balcony and rooms enjoy a magnificent view; the silence and tranquility won us over, without giving us the feeling of being isolated. The surrounding landscapes are simply fabulous. A big THANK YOU to Eligio and his wife, who welcomed us with so much care and hospitality. They were always available, responding quickly to every need and also helping us with some small problems we had with the car.

We had a perfect few days here - the vineyard is stunning and the local town has all you need with cafes (especially the one next door for breakfast), restaurants and a supermarket only a stroll away. The place was amazing and our kids (and we) didn’t want to leave - clean, comfortable and we felt right at home. Less than an hour to Venice so we could do a day trip without having to stay there, and being able to return to our air conditioned and peaceful place was idyllic! Thanks for having us.

We can only agree with the reviews so far. Everything was great, the family is very nice and accommodating. The apartment has an air conditioner. The bakery is a dream. Too bad we weren't there longer, but of course it's better for the figure not to have chocolate croissant for breakfast every day ;) The place is nice and quiet away from the tourism. We recommend the Lido de Pineta for the beach, it's not quite as touristy. In the apartment, you can hear the neighbors watching TV in bed in the evening, but it didn't bother us when falling asleep. The bed was very comfortable and not saggy. Too bad there are so many mosquitoes in the garden, but that's just the way the area is... I'm sure we'll be back!!

The house is very spacious and in the nice, quiet village with wonderfull views. This is wonderful place to have relax. In the kitchen there are enough utilitis to prepare a meal. Roberto is very nice, respectfull person, always trying to help. We had some issues with one of the stove, but Agnes and Roberto helped us with this in a short time. Beautiful House :)

Really great, clean and affordable place to stay at. Around 25 minute walk to the centre of Gorizia. Could be ideal for a family to stay.

We visited for the 2nd time and again it was incredible! The house is simply beautiful on top of the mountain, with great views and every day the vultures that you see flying above you.

Thank you Lorenzo, we had a great time in your apartment. We arrived on a very hot day and found the house cool and the water in the fridge, much appreciated. The apartment is as you can see in the photos, spacious, clean and functional. Great mattress, slept great. Large equipped terrace where you can eat, large smart TV to relax and convenient indoor parking. Finally, Lorenzo is a communicative and friendly person. I recommend him!!

The apartment was fabulous, newly reburbished meant it was extremely clean and tidy. The pictures dont do it justice as the rooms are much bigger, we were 4 Adults and were more than comfortable with the space. I was sceptical about the The airconditioner, as there is only one, but it worked so well it cooled the whole apartment (we needed it at 34 deg!). The private parking is right outside the door. The neighborhood is quiet and is away from the main road. A huge supermarket (Coop) is 500m away and nice restaurants close by. Grado is a 15 minute drive away and Trieste 30 minutes meaning its pretty central. I was very happy with the stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Davide answered us very quickly and was very helpful. Well done! Trish

Perfect location near center of Pordenone. Very walkable. Apartment is very well maintained is within a quiet courtyard off the Main Street. Hosts are very responsive.

Everything was perfect. House was conveniently located 4 min off the highway. Quiet street with great view of the Adriatic from the top balcony. Everything was super clean. Kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft. Would highly recommend
