House vacation rentals in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

We recently enjoyed a fantastic week-long stay at this villa, and it was truly an holiday to remember. Our group of nine found the villa spacious, comfortable, and clean. Suzanna welcomed us warmly and was always on hand if we needed her. The WiFi was good. The highlight of the villa was undoubtedly the pool. Pristine (cleaned almost daily) and inviting, it provided endless hours of relaxation and fun. The outdoor area was large and very comfortable, offering plenty of shaded seating and space for dining outside. We loved the table-tennis table too. The villa's interior was basic but clean - we only used it really for sleeping. The kitchen had everything we needed (a kettle would be a great addition!) and 3 bathrooms with showers was plenty. Having a car is highly recommended. The villa is in a peaceful, scenic location, but you’ll need a car to explore the surrounding area/food shopping etc. Good shops and bakeries are close by. Lastly, don’t forget to pack some mosquito spray!

This place was great and Renato was very friendly and extremely helpful with the accommodations. He even arranged for a wheelchair ramp to be built for our stay. The rental is very clean, private and safe, and the area is great for a cycling getaway. We will definitely book again with Renato!

We really enjoyed staying in the house. It was secluded but near people, has a lovely flowing river across the road; lots of villages and forests and spectacular mountains nearby. Villa Cecone is worth visiting as are the caves. Bed is comfortable. We also loved Gelindo’s family restaurant about 25 mins away. Friendly and helpful staff and very good food and wine. We enjoyed our stay and Gelindo’s prompt response to our questions.

Wir haben uns in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Wunderschöne Lage, mit Blick von der Terrasse in einen parkartigen Garten. Können wir sehr empfehlen!

Das Haus ist groß und sehr geräumig. Es wird von einem schönen umzäunten Garten umgeben. Es gibt einen schönen Pool für die gesamte Anlage. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 min und ein Supermarkt ist in 3 min. zu erreichen. Umberto ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Ottima posizione per raggiungere montagna, mare e città. Abbiamo visitato Sappada, Gorizia, San Daniele e un paio di ottime cantine. Posizione tranquilla, casa pulita, a Pasquetta abbiamo sfruttato il barbeque esterno per grigliata Host disponibile, visitato le scuderie. Consigliato

What a find - a fantastic house in a great setting with the added bonus of the vineyard (and the hosts wine!) and the food offer which was just brilliant. Federica was aa awesome host and she and her family made us feel so welcome. Hope to come back soon and will certainly be recommending widely.

Our stay at the villa in Marina Julia was fantastic! The villa was great with very good facilities, a nice yard and a great pool. The villa is about a 10 minute walk from the beach, and a natura 2000 reserve where you can strawl along the coastline and find peace and quiet. Our hosts were very helpful when we had to visit the local emergency room, for which we want to thank them again. All in all , we had a wonderful stay at the villa and would certainly return for another visit in the future.

Nous avons été très bien et très chaleureusement accueillis pas Elena et Giuseppe. Le logement est très fonctionnel, propre, agréablement décoré. Le jardin, dont on peut profiter, est un bel espace de repos, agréable aux yeux. Notons qu'on peut facilement garer le véhicule. Ce logement est bien situé, et permet de visiter très facilement, en voiture ou en transports en commun, des villes très intéressantes aux alentours. Très bon séjour, on y reviendra avec plaisir.

Appartamento pulito ordinato spazioso confortevole e arredato con cura. Centro di Udine raggiungibile a piedi in una ventina di minuti. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e siamo stati molto bene. Apprezzati the biscotti brioches e marmellata per la prima colazione Da consigliare assolutamente.

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Terrasse! Bequeme Betten, tolle Ausstattung. Es gibt alles, was man braucht und mehr. Irca und ihr Mann sind liebevolle Gastgeber und sind für alle Anfragen offen. Wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind, kommen wir sicher gerne nochmal vorbei!

Great apartment, well suited to hikers who want to do self-catering (shops nearby) or explore local restaurants. We went hiking on the steep slopes nearby and Licia's place was a great base, also nearby the bus station so easy to reach by public transport.

Un posto meraviglioso dove speriamo di tornare! Abbiamo soggiornato per le vacanze di Pasqua insieme ai nostri due bambini piccoli e ai nonni. Tutti e sei ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa ha un accesso comodo e offre tutte le comodità, sia all’interno che all’esterno, grazie anche al prato e alla vicinanza al fiume, raggiungibile in pochi passi, dove i bambini hanno potuto giocare liberamente. Balcone e stanze godono di una vista magnifica; il silenzio e la tranquillità ci hanno conquistati, pur senza darci la sensazione di essere isolati. I paesaggi intorno sono semplicemente da favola. Un grandissimo GRAZIE a Eligio e sua moglie, che ci hanno accolto con tanta cura e ospitalità. Sono stati sempre disponibili, rispondendo rapidamente a ogni esigenza e aiutandoci anche con alcuni piccoli inconvenienti che abbiamo avuto con l’auto.

Sehr gute lage, zentral in Barcola, aber ruhig. Tolles Ambiente, schöne Zimmer. Und René war ein hervorragender Host, sehr zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar, informativ, sehr freundlich, vielen Dank dafür. Ohne Zweifel würde ich sofort nochmal buchen, falls ich in Trieste wäre. Danke, René!

Everything was perfect. House was conveniently located 4 min off the highway. Quiet street with great view of the Adriatic from the top balcony. Everything was super clean. Kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft. Would highly recommend

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und wieder war es unglaublich! Das Haus liegt einfach wunderschön oben am Berg, mit toller Aussicht und jeden Tag die Geier, die man über sich fliegen sieht.

Lia’s place is thoughtfully organized, comfortable, wonderfully decorated with antiques, spacious, and cozy. The location is convenient and easily accessible, and there are so many thoughtful amenities that it’s like having a home away from home. We loved our stay and will definitely come back.

Credo che per descrivere questa struttura basti una sola parola: COCCOLA. Pace, quiete e tranquillità contraddistingono questa location lontano dal caos ma comodo in 10 minuti a tutti i servizi e a 20 dal centro di Udine, molto bella da visitare. Escursioni interesssanti per chi ha voglia di camminare o dormitone nell'attico arredato alla maniera "medioevale" per così dire. Consigliatissimo per qualche giorno di relax.

Grazie Lorenzo siamo stati benissimo nel tuo appartamento. Siamo arrivati in una giornata caldissima e abbiamo trovato la casa fresca e l’acqua in frigo, molto apprezzato. L’appartamento è come si vede in foto, ampio, pulito e funzionale. Ottimo il materasso, dormito benissimo. Ampio terrazzo attrezzato dove si può mangiare, tv Smart grande per rilassarsi e comodo parcheggio interno. Infine Lorenzo è una persona comunicativa e cordiale. Lo Consiglio!!

The apartment was fabulous, newly reburbished meant it was extremely clean and tidy. The pictures dont do it justice as the rooms are much bigger, we were 4 Adults and were more than comfortable with the space. I was sceptical about the The airconditioner, as there is only one, but it worked so well it cooled the whole apartment (we needed it at 34 deg!). The private parking is right outside the door. The neighborhood is quiet and is away from the main road. A huge supermarket (Coop) is 500m away and nice restaurants close by. Grado is a 15 minute drive away and Trieste 30 minutes meaning its pretty central. I was very happy with the stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Davide answered us very quickly and was very helpful. Well done! Trish

Siempre es un placer alojar en esta maravillosa casa, muy buena ubicación, aislacion de ruido ambiente, y uno se siente como en casa, cada vez que tengo que ir, tanto por el hogar como por los anfitriones que estan siempre disponibles y atentos, 100% recomendado
