Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

We recently enjoyed a fantastic week-long stay at this villa, and it was truly an holiday to remember. Our group of nine found the villa spacious, comfortable, and clean. Suzanna welcomed us warmly and was always on hand if we needed her. The WiFi was good. The highlight of the villa was undoubtedly the pool. Pristine (cleaned almost daily) and inviting, it provided endless hours of relaxation and fun. The outdoor area was large and very comfortable, offering plenty of shaded seating and space for dining outside. We loved the table-tennis table too. The villa's interior was basic but clean - we only used it really for sleeping. The kitchen had everything we needed (a kettle would be a great addition!) and 3 bathrooms with showers was plenty. Having a car is highly recommended. The villa is in a peaceful, scenic location, but you’ll need a car to explore the surrounding area/food shopping etc. Good shops and bakeries are close by. Lastly, don’t forget to pack some mosquito spray!

This was by far my best Airbnb experience ever. While the house itself was great with all the amenities and impeccable infrastructure at such a calm place, our host made most significant difference. Cristian and his family are simply the best hosts. We felt truly at home during our entire stay. Whenever I visit the region of Triest again in the future, I will surely drop by.

This place was great and Renato was very friendly and extremely helpful with the accommodations. He even arranged for a wheelchair ramp to be built for our stay. The rental is very clean, private and safe, and the area is great for a cycling getaway. We will definitely book again with Renato!

The house is even more beautiful than the photos , cared for in every detail , the plus is the sauna with relaxation area overlooking the mountains . Nothing is missing to spend a few days relaxing and in the middle of nature . Ferruccio is friendly and ready to meet every minimum need . There are plenty of trails to explore nearby. Experience to repeat .

A terrific stay at Tania's place in Roncado. A beautiful huge house with a fantastic kitchen and a beautiful garden. If you like cooking - this is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in any airbnb in 10 years. The house garden is huge and very beautiful. This is truly one of the best stays at airbnb ever. The hosts a very nice, very responsive - I have only the best things to say about our experience. The location is terrific - you must have a car to stay here, and then you are 20 minutes away from 2 airports (Treviso and Venice), 5 minutes from 2 huge supermarkets, 3 minutes from a motorway. We loved everything and truly hope to be back!

This modern house is equipped with all new amenities, bathrooms, and appliances. Although it may not be clear from the pictures, each room has its own separate bathroom, which is very convenient for large group. Every room is fitted with a modern, efficient, and noiseless air conditioner. The garden is beautiful, and the swimming pool is well-maintained and deep in the middle, allowing for safe diving. Andrea is a wonderful host, always available on the phone and quick to respond to any requests we had. We really appreciated his warm welcome nad goodbye! The house is a 3-4 minute walk from a large beach. The sea is shallow, quiet, and warms up nicely, making it perfect for children to enjoy for extended periods. A note of caution: there is a large campground next to the house that hosts open-air dancing every evening. This can be quite annoying if your windows are open or if you are outside. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and we are grateful to the host.

The Host is very nice, every night we asked for travel information and parking, and he was thoughtful and patient.The house is clean, the bedding is clean, and it is good value for money, suitable for self-driving trips.

Absolutely perfect vacation! The place is located in a quiet neighborhood, which we especially appreciated as a family. The pool was spotlessly clean. The place was spacious. The place is just perfect. The impeccable cleanliness is the super-served kitchen, with an oven and many cooking accessories. The common spaces are very spacious and the kitchen in communication with the dining area and the living room makes the house very cozy. The outdoor space and the view are definitely something extra. The area nearby is very nice and the old town of Sabada is also a short walk away

We were very happy with the accommodation and Alessandro as hosts. Plenty of space and everything you need for a vacation rental. A highlight is the very large balcony terrace. The property is very close to the beach. About 5 minutes walk. There are numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity and also smaller supermarkets. The location was really top. Alessandro is a super friendly and nice host. He was always very quick to respond to questions and was very helpful. It was very important to him that we feel comfortable during our stay.

We loved this place! It was spacious, super comfortable and just easy to get to by car or walking. Lots of walkable places to eat and sights to see. We had a small issue with the heater and it was a very cold time when we were there but the hosts were very responsive and was able to help us very fast! Truly worth every penny! Highly recommend

Everything was great! If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I would. The apartment is very cozy, clean, the location is excellent, 15 minutes' walk to the beach, but we perceived it as a pleasant walk. Nearby are restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets. It's very convenient that you can check in at any time. Andrea sent clear instructions that are very easy to understand. Andrea is a very helpful host, always available.

Very well equipped apartment where we felt comfortable, there was everything you needed and everything was easy to find. Very good and uncomplicated communication with the hosts, who also have great recommendations ready. The highway can be heard a little quietly in the background, but we did not find this disturbing - comparable to the volume of the air conditioning (which ran in the summer heat anyway when you were at home).

Great place, it was nice and quiet and secluded as promised with a beautiful view of the valley. We were at the end of October and the wood stove made it even more cozy. Alessandra is a top host

La Luna Dell Montagne is a beautifully converted cottage in a secluded location by a river - simply stunning. Excellent kitchen, living space and bedrooms along with amazing bathroom. Tarviso is surrounded by awesome mountains & has access to great walks & cross country skiing. Nature is at the door - literally with the Deer and the river running by outside. Marina is a fantastic host. Arranged to meet us on arrival and explain the house to us. Also arranged for patisserie deliveries as a surprise :) She has created a lovely atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and felt very relaxed in the house

Francesca's land house was simply great for us! It is set in green surroundings up on a hill, totally private, quiet and relaxing! AWESOME VIEW! If you are looking for a place where you can let go of the city stress, you are at the right place here! You need to have a car in order to get the most out of the surroundings. We visited Muggia and Trieste on the Italian side of the border as well as Piran, Portoroz and Koper on the Slovenia side of the border. We loved all the places. In Muggia you have two Despar supermarkets and one MD supermarket (the MD being very close to the one Despar). By car to Muggia is between 6 and 9 minutes. Keep in mind that finding a parking place near the supermarkets can be challenging and they are open only until 19:30 (or eventually 20:00 in summer). If you've been late for the supermarket, we have a hint for you: Go to the San Bartolomeo camping, which is 4 minutes by car from the house. There you will find a small shop and a bar open until 12am! :)

Magical week in Pradileva, surrounded by mountains and rivers at crystal clear and pure water. A place of peace and rest, Martina was fantastic, always ready to facilitate and help, to tell her passion for her valley. Downstairs sunsets are a 5-minute walk with great quality clubs. If you look for quiet and cozy space to rest in the vicinity of the mountains, there's no better place than this. Host is a very kind and helpful person. I highly recommend

From the communication before arrival, check-in and help during the stay, everything was great! The place was very clean and as described. Fantastic location with beautiful views of the mountains. You have to know that it is a bit remote and that you are basically dependent on a car. Good restaurants are quickly reached, and leisure activities such as skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing and winter hiking trails are sufficiently available. We were six adults, a toddler and a dog in the house and garden and had more than enough space. Absolute recommendation for a quiet holiday in a very nice and clean accommodation - we will come back :)
