Gian’s apartment is located in a gorgeous location, with 360° mountain views. Although the town is small, there are still some shops nearby, and some restaurants. Lots of beautiful hikes available in the area. My wife, daughter, and I visited in May, and the apartment can definitely get cold throughout the day, and night time. It is possible to heat the place with firewood, available at DeSpar nearby. The heaters will blow the fuse if operated at the same time, as some other reviews mentioned, but if everything is turned off at night (including the water heater), you can close all doors, and heat one room with the electric heater no problem. Great stay overall with no issues.

We have been going back to Grado for 10 years, this stay exceeded our expectations. It's on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, right across from our favorite restaurant (Il Panino) in the city center. Marina responded in a very short time, and the check-in went smoothly. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need to relax. Parking is difficult, but this is a feature of Grado. We will definitely be returning guests, we recommend Marina&Dario's apartment.

We (2 adults) traveled with 2 toddlers, and the place was perfect for us. Everything (ice cream places, restaurants, beach, playgrounds, grocery stores) are within a few minutes walking, and the apartment is spacious and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It is close to the beach and the old town (10-15min). i stayed with my mom, and it was perfect for us. The apartment has one parking space, which was important for me because Grado is famous for crowded parking spaces :). Overall, ou stay was great!

What a surprise, Flavio's house. So wonderfully furnished, everything you need is there. Exactly what you expect from choosing this house. Wonderful tranquility in the area, a nice outside by the house with a flowing stream in the backyard. j You have lots of privacy here. Here you will relax completely. In the house and the area you have no internet. This can bother you, but it's also nice not to be disturbed. In the house there is a phone that you can use in case of emergency. Flavio is always ready if you have any questions, it is never too much. We hope to come back here again. Loved us very well to relax. If you are a nature person, this place is absolutely recommended.

Paola's house is a very nice and well-kept accommodation in a small Friulian mountain village. Perfect for two people looking for relaxation and just minutes from the historic villages of this area of FVG, it is an excellent base. The property is complete with every comfort, self check-in is intuitive and you can park your car right in front of the house entrance. Recommended!

Our stay in Lorenzo's family home in Rivo, Carnia, was really special. The house is perfectly equipped, clean and cozy. Every detail reflects the warmth of a lived-in and beloved house. The garden is a perfect place to relax after the beautiful hikes nearby, with the pleasant discovery of a blackberry bush ready to pick up. Lorenzo is an exceptional host, always available and attentive, who really made us feel at home, very discreet. Thank you so much for sharing such a special place with us. Mrs. Catia was really kind and helpful to us. His house and the fully fenced garden were in line with what we expected and respected the proposal offered on the site. Very well-kept interiors, comfortable, cozy and clean beds. Warm environment heated by a pellet stove. Equipped kitchen, utensils, comforts of all kinds available. If we really want to find a flaw, I could mention the extractor hood and its light that did not work and was not clean. But, I would recommend Catia's house for a wonderful vacation. Villa Sisko is immaculate, looks brand new and is charmingly decorated and kitted out. Lamberto met us upon arrival and gave us a thorough orientation of where we were, and where we could go. Maps of the unit's location with nearby reference points were provided, and detailed information of things to do and places to see were provided. A variety of coffee and cookies were provided, as well as water and juice. There are 2 TVs that provide Netflix as well as other streaming services. The outside space was generous in size and offered a beautiful view as well as a good size table and chairs and sun loungers. The thing that struck us the most was Lamberto's warm and welcoming greeting and the connection we felt.

Best check-in we've ever had. Even the breakfast items were already purchased. Thank you! Francesco already had all the timetables, bus schedules, etc. and explained everything. The property is very homely. Parking in the parking garage 4 euros per day. Ideal! Highly recommended. Optimal also for various excursions.

My husband and I had a very pleasant weekend in Caorle in Gianluca's apartment. Apartment with impeccable cleanliness, equipped with every comfort and well-stocked. Located in a quiet area but close to all amenities... the beach service included in the offer is also great, which is not so obvious to have!

We had a wonderful time here! The flat is very practical, clean and we had everything we need. Plus, the view is just stunning 🤩
