Vacation rentals with breakfast in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

Samuele was really friendly, very polite and immediately ready for our requests. I had to leave the accommodation a few days earlier than expected due to the loss of my dear mother, and he without hesitation. He didn't even let me refund the days I didn't take advantage of it. So what can I say, a delight. As for the accommodation, nothing to say, everything is perfect, clean and tidy. I recommend the host Samuele I will never finish thanking him .

It should be noted that we were in five adults, a 2 year old and two dogs, Giacomo and his family always made themselves available to make us feel at home, always thoughtful in asking if everything was okay and recommending places to spend the ideal days for the baby and dogs! Highly recommended if you are looking for tranquility but at the same time convenient to reach other destinations

Mrs. Catia was really kind and helpful to us. His house and the fully fenced garden were in line with what we expected and respected the proposal offered on the site. Very well-kept interiors, comfortable, cozy and clean beds. Warm environment heated by a pellet stove. Equipped kitchen, utensils, comforts of all kinds available. If we really want to find a flaw, I could mention the extractor hood and its light that did not work and was not clean. But, I would recommend Catia's house for a wonderful vacation. Best check-in we've ever had. Even the breakfast items were already purchased. Thank you! Francesco already had all the timetables, bus schedules, etc. and explained everything. The property is very homely. Parking in the parking garage 4 euros per day. Ideal! Highly recommended. Optimal also for various excursions.

I only stayed one night at the place, but it was very nice. Pontebba is a cute little town and the place invites you to linger. I would definitely come back :)

Excellent and ideal location. We chose Valentina's accommodation because it allowed us to reach destinations such as Udine, Palmanova beautiful hexagonal city, Cividale, Redipuglia in 30 minutes, Gorizia and Gradisca in 10 minutes. In just over an hour you are in Trieste and Piran in Slovenia. The apartment is very clean, spacious and in a quiet place with a garden where my children played before leaving for our excursions. Ideal for a family. Nothing was missing and the abundant breakfast provided was really a nice surprise. Valentina is nice and very responsive. Excellent!

I had a wonderful time in Udine. I felt very comfortable at Claudia's place, which is ideally located in the historic center. I would stay there again and recommend the place 100%.

Everything as described and as seen in the pictures. We felt very comfortable. The location was very central. Everything is easily accessible on foot.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Marco responded promptly to all inquiries in a professional and kind manner. Check-in process was very clear and easy. The apartment amenities and instructions were all clearly described. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Supplying Illy coffee pods along with basic food condiments and single pasta portion etc. was very thoughtful and appreciated. Finally, the apartment is situated an easy 10 min walk to both the train station and the historic downtown. We strongly recommendation this apartment. Thank you Marco for a wonderful stay. Great apartment right on the main street. I got they after dark so struggled to find out a bit. parking can be a bit challenging, but I found a spot fairly close to the apartment. Paola left a great selection of treats which was a great surprise. loved having a washer available!

This place is a hidden gem. The apartment is so beautiful decorated. The place is clean and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the balcony. It is well located. We visited Lugano for a few days and stayed with Monika. We were able to check in spontaneously in the morning and were warmly welcomed. The location was really very harmonious and quiet. In the morning we were always provided with a delicious Italian breakfast and fresh eggs to get the day off to a good start. Monica also provided us with tips for activities and excursions. We felt really well looked after and are happy to have stayed here. If we are in the area again in the future we will come back if possible. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

Friendly, helpful hosts and a great place to stay! The terrace, where breakfast (regional and homemade, delicious products - every day a little something different) was served, has a fantastic view of the sea. The rooms are very nice, clean, modern and the beds very comfortable. By bus, you can quickly get to the center of Trieste without changing. The driveway is steep, but you get used to it.

Franco and Daniela were very welcoming and friendly. We were three hours late arriving, but Daniela was happy to wait for us. Our two-day stay with them met all our expectations. We were satisfied with everything.

The stay at Donata's beautiful house was very pleasant. The premises were clean, tidy and lovingly designed. We were able to park right in front of the house, which was optimal. The warmth and hospitality of Donata and her husband is particularly memorable - and especially the wonderful breakfast with homemade jam, cake, prosciutto and much more. All in all highly recommended!
