The Tabie dli Cuntini is an old barn built in 1800 by the designer's great-grandfather. In 1995, it was renovated into a home by the designer's family. The natural environment is particularly pleasant (you can often see deer and other small animals outside the house!).

The house is completely autonomous from an energy standpoint. Electricity, sufficient to power utilities, is guaranteed by solar panels but only when the day is sunny. The refrigerator is gas, and the water for sanitary uses is recycled from the rooftops while the drinking water is served by a reserve brought on site. The heating is provided by two powerful wood stoves and the whole property is completely isolated.

Additional facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated work space for the home office, a shared kitchen, and a washing machine and tumble dryer. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning.
