Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

We were hosted very well and very warmly by Elena and Giuseppe. The accommodation is very functional, clean, pleasantly decorated. The garden, which you can enjoy, is a beautiful resting space, pleasant to the eyes. Note that the vehicle can be easily parked. This accommodation is well located, and allows you to visit very easily, by car or public transport, very interesting cities nearby. Very good stay, we'll be happy to come back.

A beautiful house with a lovely garden. Marisa was very helpful and kind. We were welcomed to the house by her and shown around. Prosecco in the fridge and flowers on the table. She even baked us a cake one day. I definitely recommend this house and host. Also, great communication from her daughter who helps to manage the house.

Great accommodation, with a very nice bathroom and a great garden. The weather was still a little cool, but the apartment was well heated. Mary is very hospitable and we felt very comfortable. We will be happy to come back.

The studio apartment is equipped with everything. The space is very comfortable for one person, even for two I think you can stay comfortably. Convenient parking and access. I stayed for 13 days for work. Highly recommended. I hope to come back.

What a peaceful place! Stefania, Lamberto and dog Morris are wonderful. Everything comes from the heart. They were available and helpful. Cozy rooms, a full equipped kitchen and quiet in the night. We had space in the courtyard and the garden. In this place you can relax! Taste their own delicious organic olive oil! One of the best stays we ever had (and we've travelled a lot). Perfect location right in the center, but quiet as it is away from the road. Close to a large car park so very easy to drop and pickup guests. All shops and restaurants / bars are walking distance. Having an elevator is convenient, the small terras is good to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. Sufficient space in the apartment.

I frequently stay in Airbnb accommodations due to my work, and Stefan's apartment is undoubtedly one of the best I've experienced. The apartment is spacious and offers a high degree of privacy. It also features a large underground garage, and the surrounding neighbors are both quiet and friendly. The bed is comfortable, and the presence of a gas stove is a welcome rarity these days. The shower is excellent as well. I found no faults during my stay. I highly recommend Stefan's place and will certainly book it again when I return to the area.

A lovely place to relax! We stayed in this apartment and were very satisfied. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome prosecco, the kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher. We slept just fine — the apartment is very clean, cozy and fresh. In the evening we dined outside, there is a comfortable space for this. Parking is right next to the house, the airport is about 20 minutes away. Thank you very much to the hosts for their hospitality and attention to detail!

Alberto's apartment is perfectly as described. For our 14-day stay in Italy, the 2 nights in this apartment were our favorites. We regretted not having stayed longer. The comfort is excellent (beds, shower, kitchen, living room, terrace). The host really pays attention to everything in the smallest details. We decided to cook our meals there rather than go to the restaurant, as we were so comfortable there. Parking is at the door. There are a few floors to climb to get to the apartment. Note that the accommodation is on the main street and you can hear the traffic a little. I'm sensitive to noise but it didn't bother me. There is a nice walk behind the house, along the lake. It will definitely be our address for a future trip to the Dolomites. Thank you so much Giovanni and Alberto!

The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and fulfills all wishes for a cozy stay. The quiet location and the beautiful garden are relaxing. Good starting point for excursions.

The apartment is impeccably clean, decorated with a lot of love, and took care of every detail. It is equipped to the smallest detail. You will not miss anything during your stay. The apartment has everything and shows that a lot of money and love has been invested to make guests feel at home and better. The location is great for touring the region. There are great restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream parlors in that little town and there is an Outlet with great prices and a huge selection. Don't forget to sign up at the Info desk for an additional 10%discount. Venice is a 30-minute drive away (watch out for cameras and speed limit) and can be taken by train. The only opsaka is the cafe that is right under the appartment and there is very loud music late into the night which can be a nuisance in the summer when the windows are open to people looking for peace. The apartment has definitely exceeded my expectations and I would be happy to return

Superb accomodation, very spacious and clean. A comfortable bed, plenty of cupboards, spacious high spec bathroom, great kitchen. We were impressed with Sergio's attention to detail. There were lots of local visitor guides and a list of recommended cafes, restaurants etc. This was one of the best BnB's we have found over many years of travel. Thanyou Sergio.

Annamaria’s place was beautiful. A historic building with a beautifully designed interior. Very convenient to have wash in the apartment as well. WiFi and AC worked great and location was perfect to walk to the center with great dinner options near by. Parking was easy to find on the street in front of the apartment and Annamaria was very responsive and made the check in process very seamless as we didn’t know exactly what time we’d be arriving, but she was there waiting promptly when we arrived to let us in. A lovely place to stay if you are in Udine! Thank you very much :)

The house shows the signs of time, but it is equipped with everything you need. Comfortable and spacious, ideal for 6/8 people. Free parking on site, which is always a plus. Overall, a great value for money. In the future, I will gladly consider the idea of returning.
