Our house is located on 3 acres within the city limits of Fort Collins, CO which provides a peaceful oasis within the city. An outdoor patio and fire pit provides gathering space for family and friends, with access to a grill and outdoor games. We are within a 30 minute drive of Rocky Mountain National Park and tubing and rafting on the Poudre River and an easy drive to the ski slopes. A quick car ride allows guests to enjoy the quaint charm of Old Town shops and breweries.

What a great home and an even better host. House is right across the street from the local Police Department and the neighborhood is great. New house with every amenity you would need. Green space right out the front door, supermarkets right around the corner and just minutes drive to the CSU campus or historic downtown. We loved it.

Gene was an amazing host. We lived here for a few months and I have nothing but positive thinge to say about the host. Gene always responded when I reached out with questions. My husband needed an at home office and there wasn't originally a desk space. Gene immediately went out and purchased a stand-up desk for him! The home is also within walking distance to several parks and a few ponds. Downtown Longmont is only a few minutes away. We had a great stay. Thank you, Gene!

Jared’s place was clean, comfortable and had the little touches like coffee, detergents and plenty of towels. My family and I were very comfortable. Also it was right next to the Loveland Loop which we thoroughly enjoyed. My sure to walk a mile towards Walmart and see all the praise dogs.
