Located in a friendly, quiet and safe neighborhood it provides convenient access to Boulder, Denver, Louisville, Longmont and more. Guests have a private entrance to the space that includes a bedroom, bath, living area with wood-burning fireplace, laundry and dining area with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee and teapot. I live on the level above the unit.

Arrive through your own private entrance greeted by warm sun and relaxing cozy living space to call your own. Located one block off Public (Lafayette’s Main St.) this area has much to offer just steps away. Lafayette is known for its art culture with many studios, restaurants, breweries and antique shops within walking distance.
