Although it is attached to our home by one wall, the place will be entirely private to you with its own entrance and plenty of side street parking. The apartment is wheelchair ready throughout the space. Being located in midtown, it’s easy to access all of Fort Collins. This is a perfect spot for short or long-term visitors. Hop on one of our bikes and tour the town further! CSU, Lincoln Center and Poudre Trail near by.

Your morning coffee cravings can be satisfied at Starbucks or my personal favorite, Little Bird Bakeshop.

Plum Street House

Located in Old Town Fort Collins on Plum Street, one block from Colorado State University, and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. This is a brand-new carriage house. It has a private entrance, private parking, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.

Zen Den - Private Basement Guest Suite and Hot Tub

Spacious, private, separate entrance: entire basement bedrooms with private entrance, living room, comfy couch, big screen TV, bathroom and kitchenette with a fridge and two burners for cooking. Big backyard, hot tub, next to the riverbend ponds and a short 10-minute drive to downtown Ft. Collins and the breweries. *Guests have the entire lower level basement of the home to themselves during their stay.
