This is a private apartment on the second story of a charming Folk Victorian house built in 1905. It has a private entrance, private balcony, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. There are 2 bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. The family room has a queen size pull out-couch. There is a private deck but the back yard is not included.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Small kitchen with hot plate and cooking utensils. Nice mattress with views of the sunrise. Full bath. Nice couch with Netflix on tv. Desk for those that want to work. 13 miles to Boulder 20 miles to Nederland 27 miles to Eldora Ski Resort 9 miles to Gold Hill 30 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park Hiking all around. Perfectly cozy and close to Old Town

A few things to note first! - We live upstairs with our two children, so while we always try to be courteous, some noise may travel. - There is no air-conditioning, but the space stays comfortably cool during summer (and we have circulating fans). If these things work for you - we'd love to host you! Surround yourself with style in this thoughtfully designed and clean space. Our new one bedroom unit is located near beautiful open farmland - with only a short 5 minute drive to Old Town!
