Close to Boulder, Black Hawk casinos, Eldora. 60 min to DIA AWD or 4WD is highly recommended October through May. Woodstove is reccomended to be used for supplemental heat, wood is provided. This listing is advertised no pets in consideration to people that suffer from severe allergies. Thank you for your understanding of this sensitive matter.
