All'interno si compone di cucina abitabile, luminoso soggiorno dotato di divano letto a due posti, due camere da letto matrimoniali e un bagno con doccia, ampia finestra e lavatrice. Il pateo esterno, ha una pergola bioclimatica arredata con tavolo e sedie/sdraio La spiaggia di Naregno, distante circa 250 metri è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Ideale trascorrere giornate in spiaggia senza dover utilizzare l’auto.
