Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

Davide is kind and attentive and the apartment is very clean. Central location very useful for those of us who wanted to spend an evening in the center of Suvereto (delightful village) without the thought of having to take the car. We'll be back! 😊

Absolutely beautiful apartment in a fabulous location. We loved being in the rooftops of beautiful Siena. Apartment had everything you needed. The restaurant opposite (about 2 metres away!) is also fantastic and worth a visit The lift is from about 8 steps up so just note that if that is very important to you. We got a taxi from the station where we parked our rental car for 2 euros a day. Was really worth staying in the centre. We loved it.

This was one of the most unique and stunning places we have ever stayed. The apartment was beautiful, and the views of the Tuscan hills were spectacular! Added bonuses were the elevator and the terrace on top of the tower! It’s a great place to have dinner and a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Sara was helpful, responsive, and provided great local information. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay!

We had an amazing time at Alberto & Laura's. The place was quiet, spacious, exactly like in the pictures. On arrival we were welcomed by our hosts and got some great recommendations on what to do in the area. They even shared some homemade food with us, which was so good and thoughtful. Also, the swimming pool and outside space we could use was amazing and private. Would definitely go back again, 10/10!

We stayed with Maria and Rodolfo for four nights and felt very, very comfortable. The beautiful house is off the road in idyllic countryside, surrounded by a park-like garden; a Shangri-La in the Maremma. The house is conveniently located for exploring the sights of the surrounding area. Maria and Rodolfo are the friendliest, most considerate and pleasant hosts you could imagine. Thank you for everything!!

We had a lovely stay at this flat. It is as stylish as it looks on the pictures, has everything one can need and was very clean. The location is ideal to explore the island and includes a parking spot. Corrado is a very attentive host (eg. there was an extra set of towels for our children) and answers any request quickly (eg. we could check in early).

Apartment in a great location to visit Piombino, very close to Piazza Bovio and the historic center but at the same time with the possibility of parking nearby. Daniele welcomed us for check-in, always starting clearly, we did not need him for the duration of the stay but he had still made himself available.

Quiet apartment in the middle of a lively area. Many options for food and easy access to Livorno's attractions. Good value for money.

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

Perfectly located vintage decorated home within walking distance of historic center of Siena. We spent a month here and used her place as a center base to discover Tuscany. Close to shopping and restaurants. WiFi is excellent as my husband worked remotely for a few days a week. Kitchenette and washing machine were a big help as we cooked a few nights staying in. Mattress is very comfy and the apartment is very quiet. Church bells rang daily and drummers in the contrade practice for parades and Palio. Experience Medieval Siena here. We were very comfortable in Grazia’s place. Nice to have a 1/2 bath on main level, as bedroom and bathroom with shower is on the upper level. Grazia provides everything you could possibly want and has excellent suggestions for places to eat and sights to visit. She was indispensable helping us always responding within minutes if we had a question or needed help. Perfect place for the Tuscan vacation! Grazia is a wonderful and caring host!

A super nice place to stay. The way there is a bit adventurous and not recommended for low-riding vehicles, but otherwise doable if you drive slowly. But it's also totally quiet there. The cottage is nicely furnished. Everything important was available and Alessandro even greeted us with a bottle of wine. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Somewhat disturbing is the squeaky gas heater and the fact that the water temperature in the shower fluctuated quite a bit. Maybe it can still be repaired. But that's whining at a high level. All in all, a great place to stay with a very nice and accommodating host.

Eleonora was always available and even if we didn't meet her in person, we felt well taken care of. We were allowed to enter the apartment long before the actual check-in time, which was very helpful for us. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. It is modern and at the same time cozy and really wonderfully large. There is an outdoor area that we used for breakfast and dinner in the sun. The area is a quiet residential area, there is free parking in the street. In about 10 minutes' walk you are in the city center with many shops, cafes and restaurants.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Consuelo's Airbnb apartment near the sea in Castiglione de la Pescaia, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Consuelo is an outstanding host—both incredibly helpful and remarkably responsive. We had a wonderful stay at Riccardo’s apartment in Siena. You cannot beat the location - it’s perfectly situated in the center of everything and made a great home base to explore Siena and the surrounding area. The apartment is beautifully designed and very clean. Riccardo was beyond helpful with local recommendations and helped us secure dinner reservations. Highly recommended when staying centrally in Siena.

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

It was just great with Kety. Everything is perfect in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with views of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. There are also many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

Wonderfully tranquil location only steps from the ocean. Will certainly be returning in the future.

Staying at the Valentini farm is like a family experience. Chiara, Luca and Giovanni immediately made us feel at home, with a warm welcome received upon our arrival and with so much availability, friendliness, affability and attention throughout the holiday, but without any intrusion. The estate is a place to regenerate, immersed in nature and in the endless expanses of vineyards and olive trees, which the Valentini family takes care of with so much love. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and an intimate outdoor space to fully enjoy the stay, with shared areas where vacationers have the utmost mutual respect. In addition to the naturalistic experience, the pool is one of the highlights to enjoy on hot days. Finally, the farm is in a strategic position that gives access to the main local attractions (from the sea to the hill, from the crystal clear waters to the medieval towns) just a few kilometers by car. It was the experience we were looking for and what we recommend.

The apartment was lovely. We stayed there for 6 days from end of May into start of June. The view is incredible and the fact there is a nice balcony and a swimming pool that look over it are a bonus. Raisa was very helpful with suggestions for the area, and they let us do our own thing on the land peacefully. The dogs are very adorable and friendly too! For anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with the occasional trip into Castelina in Chianti (would recommend there are many lovely spots to eat), this is a perfect getaway.

Pian delle More is simply heavenly. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. We felt totally comfortable and were able to relax super nicely. Thanks also to the whole team on site for the great service and good communication. We will be happy to come back. ☺️
