The garden by the sea

A 150-square-meter villa on the Tuscan sea of Prato Ranieri, surrounded by a wonderful and well-kept garden, located in a quiet pedestrian area, with a sandy beach right in front of the gate. Equipped with two parking spaces, it is perfect for families and groups of friends, with a private solarium, a relaxation area and a dining area under a cozy patio. The property is enhanced by a panoramic terrace overlooking the sunset. Within walking distance are beach resorts, ice cream parlors, bars and restaurants.

With its 42 mt of height, Torre Salvucci Maggiore is one of the medieval town's famous towers and today the only one turned into a vertically-spread accommodation divided into 11 floors for a total of 143 steps.
