A 150-square-meter villa on the Tuscan sea of Prato Ranieri, surrounded by a wonderful and well-kept garden, located in a quiet pedestrian area, with a sandy beach right in front of the gate. Equipped with two parking spaces, it is perfect for families and groups of friends, with a private solarium, a relaxation area and a dining area under a cozy patio. The property is enhanced by a panoramic terrace overlooking the sunset. Within walking distance are beach resorts, ice cream parlors, bars and restaurants.

The apartment is on the third floor of a building in the characteristic district of Senzuno 300 meters from the sea and 500 meters from the citycenter.It consists of two double bedrooms and a single with bunk bed,kitchen, large living room and bathroom, there is also a dining terrace and a storage room on the ground floor where there is the possibility of putting the equipment for the sea and bicycles, private parking space. In the adjacent streets there are all the amenities to spend a wonderful holiday.

The apartment, equipped with an elevator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV, is in a very central area and is close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. There is a large free parking lot 100 meters away. There is no linen (sheets and bath towels), you can have it for an extra cost.
