Chiara's accommodation is incredible thanks to the breathtaking views of the countryside, the pool and the garden with accessible games (petanque, darts!), deckchairs and everything you need for a great stay! Don't miss the small town of Casole d'Elsa, which is worth a visit! Chiara is a perfect host and her advice was invaluable to us! We recommend 1000%!!

lidia and her husband were very welcoming,responsive and friendly. Their accommodation was very spacious and extremely clean in a very pleasant and quiet setting with olive trees.

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Highly recommend this home to families with children! Our kids loved the pole, and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. A quiet and nice place that we would love to visit again. Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

We stayed in Cinzia's house for ten days, five of us, and we found the accommodation comfortable and well laid out. The double bedroom with a private bathroom is the best. The recently renovated accommodation was very clean and with all the necessary equipment for both the kitchen and the rest. The outdoor area, with its complete and well-kept furnishings, allows you to enjoy lunches, dinners, and relaxation in the perfectly shaded garden. Very close to the beach, a half-hour walk from the village, it is the ideal place for those who love tranquility. Cinzia responded immediately to our requests with care and kindness. What can I say, we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

We stayed with Susanna from April 23 to 27 and had a great time. Susanna welcomed us warmly and was helpful in giving us all the useful information on places to visit and where to eat local delicacies. The villa is beautiful and is surrounded by greenery and in a quiet area with a sea view. Our little dogs were also able to run around freely in the garden because it was entirely fenced and safe. Such a peaceful place to stay! The house was spotless, the views were amazing, and the pool was lovely. We had such a lovely time. The local restaurant is a real gem too. Just to note you should buy lots of bottled water (not an issue as the supermarket is v close!) as the tap water isn’t drinkable.

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

It was just great with Kety. Everything is perfect in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with views of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. There are also many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

Lesley's accommodation is quiet, clean, spacious and well-equipped with all the necessities. Around the house, we loved the nearby hiking and restaurants in the nearby villages. Lesley was flexible with our late arrival and made sure everything went smoothly during the stay. A good place not to be missed when visiting Tuscany!

Carolina’s home is so peaceful and the view from the private terrace of the hills and the vineyards below is amazing. A unique and special place!

Cottage located in a very quiet position, away from the hustle and bustle, to get there you need to have a car that will be used for the various daily trips. Massa Marittima is minutes by car and the beautiful beaches of the area can be reached with trips that can vary between 20 and 40 minutes. The village does not offer any services but in a few minutes by car you can find supermarkets, restaurants, shops etc. The house is a small gem where we did not miss anything, we always rested well in a cool and comfortable environment even if without air conditioning. Stella was always super helpful, providing us with useful tips. Thanks for hosting us, a warm greeting Patrizia, Paolo, Davide and Tommaso. Highly recommended.

The highlight of our tour around Italy, simply stunning. The outside area is the obvious highlight; the lovely pool overlooking iconic Tuscan scenery, but the inside is also perfect (didn’t think we’d fully use the two bathrooms but we did!!!). Matteo was a great host and couldn’t do enough for us - he even led the way in his car to help us find the restaurant he’d recommended when we arrived (one of our best meals of our holiday). A truly magical stay.
