Vacation rentals with breakfast in Follonica

Staying in a 13th Century Palace was a spectacular trip. The owners and Bianca were the Most Gracious hosts. We were in Awe staying in this Special location with such history, beauty and elegance. Grazia is super friendly and sweet and we felt at home in her accommodation! 😊 The accommodation is completely new, very well maintained and you can park in front of the accommodation without problems. We would definitely stay at Grazia's again and highly recommend the accommodation. Thank you! 😊

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

We stayed for 6 days in this beautify renovated home, private and with amazing views. Kitchen had everything you need to feel right at home and had lots of goodies that we enjoyed. Monia and her daughter are amazing hosts, always there to answer any question and provide suggestions We will definitely go back

Absolutely gorgeous property with country side view and a cozy outdoor area, plus two friendly black cats! Louise was the perfect host: friendly, generous, attentive, she even offered to help us out when we had a setback that was totally unrelated to our stay at her property. Highly recommend to any traveller seeking an idyllic stay in the Tuscan countryside!

Independent apartment, very clean, spacious, equipped with all the amenities and with a large terrace where you can have breakfast, sunbathe and admire the view. Nestled in the fields, the place is quiet and calm, a great refuge for visiting the beautiful surroundings. Very, very kind and helpful hosts, full of care and advice. Super-recommended address!!

Large apartment, very clean and bright in a quiet area. Very well equipped kitchen, large bathroom, comfortable room. Very well organized. The hosts left the essentials for breakfast. They were very kind. We already knew the town and it's very nice. Beautiful countryside near the sea. We hope to return!

Accommodation in the center, you are a 5-minute walk from the sea, the port, Via Grande and Via Cairoli, the streets with shops. Near the Central Market, which in addition to being a building to admire, is also convenient for shopping. The apartment enjoys the panoramic view of an attic. I arrived and Ilaria was at home to welcome me for check-in. Super kind and very nice. I found no flaws or inconsistencies with what is described on the site. Clara was responsive and helpful. She was there to meet us and help us with parking and walked us through the entire house. She was wonderful. The space was perfect with a wonderful patio. Totally would recommend.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

I had a happy time in a house that looked like it was in a movie in a beautiful natural environment. I think I will keep my time in Kian Tti as a good memory thanks to the kind and friendly host who responds so quickly. It was a little difficult at first for the city girls who were new to the road to the accommodation, but it wasn't difficult when they got used to it. It's perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. I left today, but I want to go again.

We had a lovely time at Lorena's and were warmly welcomed with breakfast for the start and homemade jam. Lorena is a great host - helpful, friendly and always on hand :-) The beach can also be reached super quickly with small children via a small gravel path downhill and the sea is shallow, ideal for children. A little tip: pack mosquito spray for the outdoors in June ;-) Thanks for a great stay

Elba is a beautiful authentic Italian island where you will find everything that makes Italy so attractive. The location and the apartment were wonderful; spacious, fresh, beautiful views over the sea, in nature. The host/hostess are very nice, sweet and helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation and would like to come back!

The place was everything we expected; the decoration was very traditional, we had an incredible view of the vineyards and we were also relatively close to downtown... you can rest very well because the rooms completely block out the light and there is no noise. Alessandro is always very friendly and attentive to what we needed, he greeted us with snacks and coffee. We would definitely come back!

Giacomo, was an absolute legend! Such a great guy, welcoming and helpful. The property is set amongst beautiful gardens overlooking the spectacular Tuscan countryside. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have all you need. Would’ve loved to have stayed longer. Thanks for everything G and hope to return soon

Ada was an amazing resource and helped us arrange transport from the train station, to our horseback riding excursion and back to the train station after we checked out. She had amazing restaurant recommendations and let us know about a special event happening at the Church of Santa Maria Della Scala that we really enjoyed seeing! You MUST stay here if you ever visit Sienna!

Steven’s Place is in a beautiful location and had all the listed amenities. They also arranged for a vegetarian dinner for us, that was really delicious. Special mention to the staff who was very attentive and thoughtful. The only callout would be to kindly share the price for the dinner beforehand, which we felt was at the higher end at €37 per person. Rest everything was good.

We absolutely loved our stay at Serena’s! Beautiful location, fantastic views and a lovely host. Serena was very accommodating and we felt right at home (plus her dinners and breakfasts were delicious!). Would definitely love to come back!

Beautiful place and location . Giordana was very accommodating, responsive, friendly and very helpful. She made sure that our breakfast had lactose free products and really appreciated the gesture. Highly recommend her place!!

For us, it was the perfect place to stay! Maria is very hospitable and communicative. The Airbnb is really nice and the breakfast was perfect (also very great for vegetarians). We felt really comfortable. A big thank you and definitely to be recommended. Arrived by bus and walked from Volterra and found it great (but are also very athletic). There were great hiking trails in the area and generally it was really nice and quiet!

Very popular accommodation for location, host friendliness and finally price. Recommended!
