Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Florence

Stepheno was very helpful and was flexible with our check in. He even helped us book a super nice local restaurant. The apartment was very well equipped and decorated, and had everything we needed. The view over the valley and vineyard was amazing. We wish we could stay longer.

Fior di Fiesole was a charming, private place with beautiful surroundings. Vat was very friendly and gave us helpful instructions to get about. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful getaway.

Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen in dem traumhaften Appartement verbracht. Der Garten und das dazugehörige Anwesen einfach zauberhaft. Das Apartment sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wer einen ruhigen Ort zum entspannten sucht kommt zu 100 Prozent auf seine Kosten. Florenz bestens zu erreichen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Danke für den unvergesslichen Aufenhalt! Wir würden es immer wieder empfehlen.

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

Es war kein Ferienhaus- es war ein Zuhause für uns. Selten hab ich mich so unglaublich wohl gefühlt- der Garten ist ein Traum, das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es gibt überall gut durchdachte Details. Man kann wunderbar Privatsphäre genießen im eigenen Garten mit eigenem Eingang aber wenn man etwas braucht sind Flora und Luca immer für uns da gewesen und wir haben sie sofort ins Herz geschlossen!!! Florenz ist natürlich auch bezaubernd und man kann tolle Ausflüge machen! Wir werden das alles sehr vermissen und hoffentlich bald wiederkommen!

Un angolo di intimità e romanticismo dove staccare completamente. Tutto perfetto, host gentilissimo e disponibile, la piscina riscaldata con un buon impianto audio è una goduria. Un eccellente vista sulla natura dei dintorni e soprattutto una estrema privacy. Il centro è 7 minuti di macchina, ma sembra d'essere fuori dalla città.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful Cosimo and Francesca are! Started our days with Francesca’s biscotti and jam and ended with Cosimo making our dinner reservations! Cosimo is definitely a hotel concierge…we felt like he was our own personal one during our stay. We highly recommend Antica Leopolda! Caprice and David

Had a wonderful stay in Florence is this beautiful Airbnb. I was able to walk to all the major sites from here and enjoy the view from the balcony. The host was very welcoming and met us at the door and provided an excellent guide to the city. Would definitely recommend this stay!

All I can say is WOW. The most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It really was a work of art. Federico was so kind and accommodating to checking in and checking out, as well as offering things to do in the area as well. The location was perfect and everything was within walking distance. Just perfect. Will be coming back for sure.

Amazing stay in Firenze with an absolute super host!! Superb location, we were able to walk everywhere from this central location. The apartment was spacious, spotless, furnished beautifully and the kitchen was even stocked with some snacks and coffee pods! We enjoyed wine on the terrace with amazing sunsets and stunning views of the Duomo. Grazie mille Pamela, you made our stay very comfortable and memorable - it was lovely to meet you and we look forward to staying at your lovely home next time we visit Florence ❤️

Cristina and Raffaele’s apartment was unbelievable. The apartment is literally steps away from the Duomo and has the most astonishing views, you feel like you’re right there. The pictures don’t do it justice on how close you really are. The entrance is unique to the apartment entering through a shared balcony space - definitely secure and a great space to spend time. The apartment had great amenities and everything you might need. Highly recommend!

Landing in Florence and flinging the window open to that view was just the best. If anyone has ever watched Room With a View! Highly recommended stay the location is amazing fall out of bed onto the ponte vecchio. Kitchen is basic but fine and the apartment has all the little things you need. Thanks Camilla!

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

Really nice place to stay, every location we wanted to visit were like an hour away, Artimino is really small but very nice and friendly place with good restaurants and bars or gelateria! Paolo was really helpful even when we arrived around 9pm and we had a little issue he tried to help us as much as he can! I love this place and everything was just perfect and made our stay in Toscana even better! Thank you!🌸

We couldn’t have imagined a better stay with Antonio. Not only was the space perfect for us, Antonio provided us with so many local recommendations from things to see and where to eat & drink. He communicated with us throughout the trip and even showed up at check in to help us carry our bags up to the apartment. This wasn’t just a stay, it was an experience and it was perfect. This is the second time I have stayed at this Airbnb. Mattia is a consummate host. He responds quickly and is always pleasant. The apartment and especially the terrace are phenomenal. I hate to give it such high marks because everybody is gonna wanna steal it from me! But it is a well-deserved high recommendation.I really love this place and it feels like my second home.

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. Chiara has put a lot of effort into providing information on anything one needs to know about the surrounding neighborhood. Food, transportation, emergency needs and entertainment that made us feel comfortable in our new surroundings right away. There were several great places to eat just a few steps away. Loved getting cappuccinos & pastries every morning at Cosi on the corner. Not open on Mondays but just a few blocks another bar is. Also wonderful. Bus stop is also very close and easy. Loved the convenience. We were able to get everywhere and back very quickly by bus. Upon checking out our taxi didn’t come. Traffic in Florence is busy. Another reason the bus is the best option. Within 25 minutes Chiara son & neighbor picked us up and got us to the train station. We felt lucky to have found such a beautiful apartment, neighborhood and great host for our stay. Impossible not love. The best❤
