Condo vacation rentals in Florence

It’s hard to describe just how incredible this place is. The garden is immaculate and pictures cannot do it justice, once you’re immersed in it and you hear the birds and look at the Tuscan scenery, it’s like you’re in a fairy tale. The owners have clearly worked incredibly hard to make this everything that it is, and my wife and I would easily plan our next trip around this place with more time here. The owners are also incredibly friendly and responsive, they welcomed us in and walked us around the property, gave us great recommendations for the surrounding area, loaned us an umbrella, and let us play with their dog. Magical experience and I cannot recommend it enough. We even saw fireflies!

We had an absolute perfect stay in Salverio and Lorenzo's flat. It was incredibly spacious - very unusual to have a 3 bedroom/3 bath flat to rent in such a highly sought after part of Firenze. The decor was a perfect blend of antiques and art mixed with contemporary furnishings. Having a washer/dryer was a fantastic addition. Our favorite part of the flat was the rooftop terrace at sunset. You feel like you are on top of all of Firenze looking across the buildings. The duomo view was breathtaking. It was magical and truly stunning. The location could not be more suitable for proximity to all of the sights and indulge in luxury shopping. Salverio and Lorenzo were so helpful and accommodating. We will most assuredly be back! Thank you to you both!

We had a great stay at Maurizio’s apartment. It was very quiet and comfortable at night. Walking distance to museums and sites as well as restaurants and shops. We enjoyed listening to the kids playing in the playground across the street. Lovely atmosphere

From the wall frescoes in the living room dating back to the 1700’s to the spacious bedrooms, a fully outfitted kitchen and two complete bathrooms, Elisabetta’s place has it all. The central location places it near all major tourist attractions in Firenze. It is a 10 minute walk from the central train station and less than 10 minutes to the Academia, Santa Maria Novella, Uffizi, Petti Palais and Boboli Gardens. There is a fantastic little coffeehouse right next door and a wine window two doors down. The apartment is situated in a really nice, lively area, with loads of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and , of course Gelateria. Elisabetta is a wonderful host and a fantastic communicator. We had tons of communication before our arrival to make it easy to navigate to the apartment. Check-in was a breeze, with a personal greeting and tour of the spacious and comfortable apartment. We loved Firenze and were so happy to have had such a great place to stay.

Oltre Arno, fantastically beautiful. The area is popular for bars in the evening, and yet there is absolutely no street noise in the apartment. Although one room has no windows, it looks pleasantly bright. Very cozy!

Had a great stay at Silvia's apartment. It's centrally located, within walking distance to all major attractions in Florence as well as the train station (for those keen on venturing out). It's modern and well furnished with air conditioning for the summer heat. As a host, Silvia was super supportive and generous with guidance and tips for Florence. Ultimately, I am glad I came across this listing.

I really loved this apartment. It was beautiful and with real atmosphere and character. I loved all the books, and listening to some of the CDs added to the experience of being in such a lovely space. It was beautifully decorated throughout and with a very well equipped kitchen. It was a pleasure to be in! All communication with Sofia ahead of and during the visit was great and she was a very helpful and welcoming host. We usually walked to and from the tourist area of town and used the buses a few times. Both ways were fine and easy. The neighbourhood itself is lovely and peaceful. I would recommend this apartment for sure. One thing to be aware of is that it can be a little noisy for sleeping. If, like me, you are a light sleeper you will need to use ear plugs. This is in no way o critiism of the space or the host, it is just a feature of an older building ( pre double glazing etc!) where the bedroom faces the street. Thank you for a lovely stay Sofia.

By far our favourite Airbnb and stay so far. La Velline is so incredibly stunning, the gardens, the room, the view, the pool everything is perfect. We did not want to leave, Chiara was so responsive in her communication and was so kind to give us a late check out so our baby could have his morning sleep before we left. If you are thinking of somewhere to stay in Tuscany look no further. 10/10! Thank you Chiara 😊

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

This place is absolutely perfect. It is probably one of the biggest Airbnb places I have ever stayed for the money. Everything was clean. Everything was perfect. Very quaint little town. Very quiet at night. The bed in the master bedroom was absolutely one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. If you come to this area, please check out this property. You will not be disappointed.

The house was incredibly charming, and its location was peaceful and scenic. Communication with Benedetta was smooth, and she provided a lot of helpful information about local restaurants and activities. We especially enjoyed the hiking trails through the deep forests of the nearby hills.

We had a wonderful time at Anna’s villa. The place is beautifully located within an easy walk to the tram station. The villa is absolutely stunning and full of history which Anna was more than happy to talk about. Anna is a wonderful host, always ready to share tips and recommendations. She made us feel right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back at any time! :)

My husband and I adored the tranquility of this stay. Our host Oscar was so proactive, responsive, and helpful. We are so grateful for the kind acts of service Oscar and his team extended towards us. I have Celiac and they took into serious consideration ways to prevent cross contamination and made sure that there were options available for me. Their restaurant was likely the best food that we’ve tasted throughout our stay in Italy! The lobby is filled with its aroma of fresh herbs being cooked. We also adored the little furry friends that would hand around our porch! He had a team of people who would take us to and from the nearest train station and were extremely flexible! The stay is up a mountain so we were so thankful there was someone skilled enough to drive us up and down! Oscar, thank you for everything! We definitely plan to visit again and strongly recommend that anyone stay at your accommodation for peace, tranquility, and amazing food!

This place is such a gem! The hosts work hard to make sure your stay is very comfortable. Someone is at reception most of the time to answer questions or help with recommendations! The room we stayed in (Olivo) was perfect. It had a small kitchen with beautiful views and the nature of the building is "Tuscany Picture Perfect" You definitely need a vehicle to Get around unless you plan on taking a taxi and staying at the location (which is very doable since they have a restaurant and serve you breakfast every morning) The pool is beautiful with picture perfect hills of Tuscany while you swim! They have a small playground and a large yard with tables where you can sip wine or have a picnic! The bed was very comfortable and our stay here was very relaxing! The restaurant had such an amazing food as well! 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing home with a stunning view of Florence. Raffaella provided clear instructions on how to get to her house and even left us taped notes at the entrance so we wouldn't get lost on our arrival day. We stayed a total of 9 nights with two adults and two kids under ten and enjoyed every minute of it—the private pool, the stunning view, and the private backyard were all more than we asked for. Highly recommend.

Very clean, comfortable and cozy apartment. The host was communicative and lovely. I highly recommend this apartment. It is very close to all the main attractions.

Lucia was an outstanding host. She was so kind , personable, so responsive and went over and above to accommodate us. Lucia and her husband Gianni came to greet us on arrival and departure and even helped us with our luggage, which was unexpected. Her place is so lovely, well appointed, well worth the value, and most ideal location, We could always find the Duomo and her place from there. All the amenities were wonderful and she even brought us some products from her farm. She is one of the very best hosts and we all loved her place and still talking about it. We did laundry with a washer and dryer. We didn’t have to hang our clothes out to dry as most places we found required. She is an absolute delight with recommending restaurants and attractions. We hope she gets to visit us in the USA. Thank you Lucia and Gianni! We enjoyed it so much!

We loved staying for the night and wish we had time to stay longer! The apartment is very central so a great location to be. Rosario was very responsive and let us through the door as soon as we arrived. He recommended lots to do and also some nearby lockers which came in useful when we left the next day.

The best place to stay in Florence!! Simona & Jacopo’s place is a beautiful blend of ancient history and smartly designed, clean modern comfort! Great neighborhood, spacious place, wonderful sleep, excellent restaurants & everything Florence has to offer is so close! We loved our stay! In such a cultural city, their place made it all the more enchanting! Simona & Jacopo’s communication was what we needed, when we needed & more. Excellent! We’ve stayed in some great Airb&b’s. Their’s is truly a standout! We’ll be back on our next visit to Florence!

Great stay! The jacuzzi was great and the place had all you could want including a fridge! Hosts were very responsive and helpful!

"One of the best locations to stay in town! It's within walking distance of many tourist attractions, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. At the same time, it's quiet enough at night for a peaceful stay.

I will cone back again as soon as possible!! Tatiana was fantastic, allowed us to check in early, and check out a little late. Her place was spotless and she thought of everything to make it comfortable, from extra blankets, tea and water, cushions for the terrace chairs. We had picnic lunches up there, easy to prep in her very well- stocked kitchen. Convenient to walk everywhere we wanted to go. She made excellent suggestions when I had specific shopping goals. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!

We all really enjoyed our stay in this lovely Airbnb. The terrace is very sweet!
