A truly architectural Digest-worthy residence. The views were breathtaking. Federico’s apartment exuded modernity, exceptional style, and cleanliness. This side of the river was our preferred destination for relaxation. The neighborhood boasted a vibrant atmosphere, featuring restaurants, bars, and all the necessities within walking distance. Conveniently, there was even a laundromat across the street. We ended up canceling some of our reservations and opted to remain within the apartment, utilizing the terrace to experience the sunrise and sunset. Federico’s exceptional helpfulness and extensive knowledge made our stay truly memorable. We eagerly anticipate our return.

Had a great stay at Massimiliano’s apartment. Large and clean space and a great deck with view of Duomo. Location very central as well. Would recommend to anyone.

Can’t say enough about Federico’s place. First off as a host we were so delighted that he was incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly. We felt right at home - with a view that photos don’t do justice. The place was like stepping back in time, we loved every moment there and will be returning!

I visited Francesco’s apartment with my partner and had a lovely time, the affreschi on the ceiling are stunning! The location is perfectly central and allows for easy access to many sites, as well as the train station for easy access. Francesco was also kind enough to let us keep suitcases inside the day of our departure to more freely see the city. We would love to return!

Wonderful! Great communication with Bernardo starting from the moment we reserved the apartment through check-out. Easy to find - walk towards the Duomo! Secure entry to building and an elevator - so nice. If it’s your first time in Italy you may have to fiddle with the key to the apartment but after doing it once you will have no troubles. Clean apartment. Everything you need and more. Big bathroom with a washing machine which came in handy. Views from the balcony are hard to describe. Unmatched view of the Duomo. Central to everything you’re going to do in Florence. Book Bernardo’s apartment and spend your planning time on restaurants and activities because lodging is no longer a concern. Bernardo was accessible when needed but otherwise left us alone to enjoy our vacation. Thank you, Bernardo!

Our communication with Rosella was excellent. She always responded to our questions quickly and gave us informative answers. The apartment was extremely comfortable and very well situated in a quiet leafy complex off of a side road. The property is extremely well situated with all the beautiful sites of central Florence within walking distance. We strongly recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit central Florence and hope to return ourselves in the near future.

All I can say is WOW. The most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It really was a work of art. Federico was so kind and accommodating to checking in and checking out, as well as offering things to do in the area as well. The location was perfect and everything was within walking distance. Just perfect. Will be coming back for sure.

We had such a wonderful time in Florence thanks to Francesco! His apartment is in the best, most walkable part of the city (in our opinion). Super close to some of our favourite gelato shops, a craft brewery, and tons of amazing restaurants. Even though it's so central, the courtyard is quiet and serene and helps the apartment feel more peaceful and tucked away. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing! It was just a short walk from all of the sights in Florence! There were so many dishes and pans in the kitchen to cook dinner for ourselves when needed. Isabella is also an AMAZING host and goes above and beyond to help you as much as possible (called taxis and even doctors to get us an appointment since we couldn’t make calls on our phone plans)! This is possibly one of the best experiences we have had with an Airbnb.

We will definitely be back! The location is about 30-40 minutes from the main city in Florence. Federico recommended we rent a car but we didn’t want to drive in an area we were unfamiliar with. We were provided with the bus schedule which was very easy to take to the city. We planned ahead and bought some groceries in Florence before heading back to the property. We got lucky with getting taxis at the property to eat at a nearby restaurant (Ristorante San Martino) but it wasn’t as convenient as getting one in Florence (had to wait a bit). The place was just as described, very relaxing and just what we wanted! All in all a great experience. We were so sad to leave!

Mauro and Chiara are an amazing couple with a touch of humour that will leave a smile on your face for a while. The apartment is cosy and perfect for a couple, and well located - 10-15 minutes away within walking distance from the major squares, churches and famous sites to visit. I would 200% recommend, and wouldn’t think twice if I were to come back!

This is a gem! Francesca looks after you so well! We appreciated all the cute decor and breakfast items. She gave us lots of tips of where to go. The garden is a cool retreat from the city!! If you are thinking of booking think no more!! Book it. It's delightful!

Rominas place was perfect. Beautiful apartment in a great part of the city. Would recommend it to anyone. We had a medical emergency in the middle of the night with our baby and Romina helped us out a lot with it all. Very grateful for her help when needed it most and truly appreciate all she did for us! You are in good hands staying at her place :)

Great location about 20 mins from Duomo, apartment was clean and loved the roof top terrace.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Florence. Location is unbeatable, and the view of the river was amazing. Traveled with our 1 year old and were easily accommodated with a crib. Hosts were very communicative along the way. Highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay again!

Had a wonderful stay in Florence is this beautiful Airbnb. I was able to walk to all the major sites from here and enjoy the view from the balcony. The host was very welcoming and met us at the door and provided an excellent guide to the city. Would definitely recommend this stay!

We stayed here in 2016 and it was even better than we remembered. A beautiful apartment, quiet and private, with amazing original features. The area is residential and round the corner is San Ambrogio food market. Lovely local restaurants all use fresh ingredients from the market. Wonderful evening in a street filled with locals enjoying food and drink. We could have spent the whole time exploring the locality.

The apartment is 5 star location few minutes walk from train station, the Dome, ponte vecchio, piazza Signoria, it is beautifully bright, no buildings close by in front of it. Good space to relax, nice kitchen table, en-suite and bathroom. Nicely furnished, it has everything you need, kitchen clean and well furnished, available coffee, decaf, sugar, tea bags, coffee machines (even percolated coffee). A separated laundry room with washing machine. Third floor you can still hear people and cars but it is acceptable in the day and traffic is very low in the night. Floors are a little thin like in a lot of old buildings, you can hear above neighbours but with good manners and politeness this should not be a problem. Definitely it is a 5 star apartment!

Great spot in Florence. Very spacious, even more so than the pictures indicate, and the terrace views were incredible. Also a very easy walkable location to everything you want to see! I would stay here again!
