The house is in the heart of the historic center, a stone's throw from the sea. The windows overlook the rooftops of Pesaro and the terrace is a small gem where you can spend summer evenings with family and friends. Winter days, on the other hand, will be brightened by the fireplace. The spaces retain the typically Italian flavor, thanks to the terracotta floors and the ancient Marche doors. Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh.
