Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. The house, with an independent entrance, was elegantly renovated in 2021. It has two floors, and provides a public covered parking area in agreement with the structure.
