For this reason, we kindly ask that you do not let them roam freely in the property's shared garden. Use of the outdoor pool is shared with any guests staying in the second accommodation unit. Outside guests are not permitted. Pets are not allowed in the water, but they may stay with you in the pool area—on a leash—provided no other guests are present. The caretaker lives in the central apartment to attend to guests' needs and look after the property.

It is in front of the beautiful and effervescent beach of Riccione, and it is composed of two bright bedrooms: one has a standard double-size bed, while the second has a Queen size bed. The bathroom has a very big shower, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is perfect to chill out and to make conversations. Last but not least, there is a liveable and sea-view balcony!
