Beautiful little house, close to Fano, beaches, hill

Just 5 minutes from downtown Fano, charming little house in the middle of its greenery, with pine forest and various plants, close to Fano and the sea. Charming, sea view from the first floor and hill view on the other side of the house, the nearby 12-hectare park around the house has 900 olive trees. My place is good for families (with kids). (The house has no fence, except on the road side, so it is not ideal for animals if they are too much explorers...)

This is a typical early 1900s Romagna farmhouse, nestled in the Romagna hills between Forlì and Cesena. 40 km from the Romagna Riviera, you are immersed in the middle of the green and sunny hills where in addition to relaxing in the available swimming pool (seasonal summer opening), you can practice various outdoor activities, including trekking, bike excursions and much more. A BBQ area and a shaded area for outdoor dining are available for guests.
