The Trullo Apulia is an exclusive property, made by recovering an original ancient historic domed house (called "Trullo Saraceno"), enriched by swimming pool, Jacuzzi and steam room for private use, in a scenic location, just 2 km from Ostuni and 10 km from the beautiful beaches of Puglia. It can accommodate up to 8 people. Note: the reservation fee does not include consumptions of electricity (0.50€/kWh), gas (5€/m3) and the tourist tax (1€/day for each person for the first 5 days) that will be calculated and paid at the end of your stay. Ideale per 2 famiglie di amici che, fatta salva la privacy, possono godere di momenti comuni di relax e divertimento, può anche essere utilizzata come unica unità abitativa, utilizzando una delle due zone living come terza camera da letto matrimoniale. Tutti gli ambienti della casa sono climatizzati e dispongono di connessione internet WiFi. Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione un parcheggio privato. L’intera struttura ha una capacità ricettiva massima di 8 posti letto, mettendo a disposizione dei suoi ospiti ben 4 bagni, di cui 2 interni completi, un’area benessere con bagno turco, aromaterapia, ampia vasca idromassaggio (che si affaccia su una suggestiva parete rocciosa), doccia emozionale con cromoterapia e servizi igienici ed 1 bagno esterno (water+lavandino) con doccia. L’esclusiva piscina a sfioro di acqua salata con idromassaggio è immersa nel verde della macchia mediterranea. Questa oasi di privacy e di relax dispone di tutto il necessario, inclusa una Zona solarium, la doccia esterna ed il bagno di pertinenza. Il complesso abitativo è frutto di una recentissima ristrutturazione di costruzioni dal valore storico (il Trullo Saraceno dalla caratteristica cupola bianca è ancora più antico del trullo a cono), in cui il sapiente recupero dei materiali, delle tecniche e dei canoni tipici dell’architettura e della storia pugliese, hanno consentito un restauro di interni ed esterni che mantenesse una linea fortemente evocativa e rispettosa dei luoghi, anche nell’arredamento dai colori chiari e naturali, studiati con la massima attenzione ai dettagli e costituito da pezzi unici e originali. Il fascino della location non conosce paragoni: la costruzione si affaccia su un giardino terrazzato caratterizzato dai tipici muretti a secco, oltre i quali si apre, a perdita d’occhio, su un’area di circa 6.000 mq di pertinenza esclusiva della casa, una valle di magnifici ulivi secolari su terra rossa. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

You can either walk around to the famous city center highlights or use any of the excellent public transportation; bus, metro or tram. The flat is 50-200 meters distance from bus, tram and metro stations. The flat is located in the second floor of an historical building that was designed by the same famous architect of the opera house. The flat is modern but the building is not renovated and has NO LIFT, similar to many of Budapest's downtown buildings that bring together past and present, old and new.

Set in the heart of Old Town, the flat is steps away from the vibrant boutiques, craft shops, pubs, and restaurants that line the area’s quaint streets and alleyways. It’s an ideal stepping off point for visiting many museums and historic sites. This apartment is based on the Royal Mile where tour buses leave on a regular basis as do taxis and local buses. Walking is the name of the game in such a central location! Transport in from the Airport can be by bus or tram and both stops are a 5 minute walk up the hill to the flat.

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.
