ARUN was a great host and quick to respond the room is clean and comfortable and very quite we had use of the kitchen and bathroom which where both well equipped and clean . The bus is a few minutes walk that takes you right into the centre of town and runing all day and night there is takeaways close by and a tesco express too. We had a great stay here and would go again it's an ideal location and great host we even got a text while out of places to visit ! Thanks again danny and steve

The host is so nice. He pick up us when we check in late, and prepared fruit, water and juice. We have three person, and we got one more mattress. Room is clean and you can find all thing you need

Nicky was amazing in communicating, especially during such an uncertain time, and really kind in leaving us with tea, milk, showering products, games, and lots of useful information for the area. As we were visiting a friend in Leith, the location was perfect - but also really easy to get into the centre of Edinburgh, or a 40 minute walk or so to Portobello beach. Her daughter checked us in and was very kind and helpful. The flat itself is lovely, a really spacious living room area, comfortable bedrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine. Would definitely recommend, and if we return to Leith would love to come back here again!

Lucy is a lovely warm welcoming host, always up for a chat. We were able to use the kitchen for making breakfast and sit in the garden, wich was a lovely way to start the day. The cat an dog are very friendly an cute. The area of the house is lovely, green and very quiet, but you are a simple (&cheap) bus ride away from busy areas with lots to discover. Free parking is also a plus. Would definitely recommend!!

What a fantastic stay! Dana’s home is absolutely stunning and located in a lovely area of Edinburgh. It’s walkable to Leith and Old Town with lots options for close public transit. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance as well. The room has a gorgeous patio space that opens up to a beautiful street view. Dana’s cat is so sweet and friendly. The room was super clean and comfortable. Comfy bed with lots of storage space for personal items. I loved that I had my own personal restroom which was also spotless. Dana was super responsive and fun to chat with! She always checked in on me and gave me some great recommendations throughout my trip. What a gem! I loved my stay here and would absolutely stay here again when I’m back in Edinburgh!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Ben’s beautiful flat! He is extremely friendly and welcoming — he left out bread and milk for me in the mornings. The room is exactly as described — it’s cozy and comfortable. I found the location to be perfect — it’s in a quiet neighbourhood, but close enough to walk to the city’s main attractions. I hope to be back soon!

loved my stay, incredible hosts so hospitable and welcoming. the room is quite spacious and everything is very clean. the flat is located in a very quiet area and great location close to holyrood park and quick walk to the beach. accessible by public transportation as well. i appreciate all the local recommendations and making me feel at home. i highly recommend this stay!

Mark is a friendly, good-humored host. We communicated effectively before my check-in so that he was home to greet me and show me the amenities, which are all the ones listed on this app. What I liked the most was the bedroom, which had clean bed sheets and a comfortable bed. I had a good night’s sleep every night, as the area is quiet and so is Mark, even as he leaves to work pretty early. Secondly, but just as important, I appreciated that the bus stop is right outside: buses to the city centre stop there very frequently. I wanted a place to come back to easily after a day of visiting the touristy places but also connecting with the beautiful nature in Edinburgh. Overall, I think Mark’s place was the right one for me.

the stay was great. I had first Problems with finding the right house but i hope she has updated the address by now :D. Sophie and her two cats welcomed me and showed me the accomondation. I had my own bathroom as well. She offered me also to drink some of her selfmade wine. it was a lovely stay. I had also a great time in the pub she recommended me. it was great thank you.

What a wonderful stay! Well stocked kitchen instruments for cooking at home, comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms with great water pressure and temp! Lovely area - I took a run to the park by the battalion which led to a run to the reservoir! Beautiful, didn’t want to leave!

Wonderful place with a friendly host. I stayed in the Loft Room - there's also another Guest Room available but I can't comment on that. The Loft contains a double bed with bedside tables, wireless internet, a desk, a TV corner with comfy chair facing it, various clothes storage, a mini fridge/freezer with kettle area on top, a stereo, a full-length mirror, and not forgetting the ensuite shower room / wet room (containing shower, toilet and sink). Restricted headroom in some places, but I'm 5'9" so I was mostly fine. Bed was comfy, shower was lovely in terms of both temperature and pressure. There's so much in this space I'm sure I've forgotten bits. Free onstreet parking. Ishbel provided tea/coffee/hot chocolate, milk for the mini fridge, and even some shortbread. There were lovely extras touches (hot water bottle and so on). Great views from the many Velux loft windows, very light and airy room. Overall, amazing. Would definitely stay here again when I'm next in Kirkcaldy!

Lovely stay at Kate’s! We arrived after an overnight flight and Kate allowed us to check in early to drop off our bags- and welcomed us to take a nap or use the space to refresh if needed. Wonderful neighborhood - could have spent our whole time there. Loved Bijous on the corner delicious food and fresh veggie drinks. Kate was welcoming, we felt right at home. Wonderful base to explore Leith and Edinburgh.

Katie was very nice and flexible on my check-in Times. she showed me around the place. we talked for a bit enjoyed chatting with her.

Tracey was adorable; so lovely and friendly and couldn’t do enough for me. I felt very safe and comfortable. Everywhere was very clean and tidy, the bed was comfy, and there’s lots to do round about. Accessibility to the environs was easy, including the main city of Edinburgh. The coast was also only a 2 minute drive. Thank you for everything Tracey x

I highly recommend staying at Emanuele's house. He and his girlfriend are incredibly welcoming, and Spark, always greeted me with the warmest welcome. My schedule was quite packed, so I didn’t have much time to spend with them, but whenever I needed advice, they were always enthusiastic and helpful. The house looks exactly like the photos, and the beautiful decorations for Christmas made it feel cozy. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to visit all the attractions.

We had a lovely stay with Anastasia. Very nice room and bathroom, cozy bed and everything spotlessly clean. She let us check in early which was super nice after taking an early flight. Convenient location, right next to Arthur’s seat. Walkable to the old town or well connected by several bus lines. Good bakeries in the neighborhood.

Dorota was very helpful! I only spent a few hours on new year’s eve and left super early in the morning but I found the room very cosy and warm considering that there was a storm outside! The place was clean as well and the room is fairly spacious and comfortable!

Had a great stay at Nocolas' place. Accommodated our early checkin too. Great host. Definitely recommended and would stay again in future if we travel to Edinburgh again.

Mark is very friendly and his place very nice and clean. Comfortable bed and cool furniture. Good location with lots of restaurants and barn close by.

It was perfect for our stay in Edinburgh only 15 minutes on the bus from the centre the room was very private and clean

Georgios and Andy were AMAZING hosts, VERY accommodating and friendly and I felt right at home. The room and bed were very comfortable. Definitely would stay again!
