John, our host, and his son were warm and welcoming. The setting is serene and beautiful and very close to public transportation.

Jennifer’s place was perfect for our stay in Edinburgh for a wedding at Dundas castle. The apartment was very clean and bright, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there was easy access to Edinburgh Castle. There were great restaurants on the water with views of the bridge’s. Jennifer was quick to respond to my questions and our check-in was flexible. I would definitely recommend a stay in this beautiful apartment!

Mhairi's flat is well positioned to have a quiet place to stay a stones throw from the quiet end of the beach. There is easy access west to the city of Edinburgh and east along the coast by public transport . The bus stop is close by and a frequent service. Nice to stroll along Musselburgh harbour in the evening and enjoy a drink and fish and chips at the Ship Inn. Mhairi was a very kind and helpful host. We very much enjoyed our stay and our grand daughter who came to visit was fascinated to watch the black and white cat (definitely Postman Pats) and the squirrel who sat outside the door !!

Lovely little place very handy for concerts etc at Murrayfield. The apartment is spacious and well maintained, very clean and comfortable - exactly what you need for a couple of nights. Janet is a lovely hostess. Very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. She was really helpful with directions to the stadium and recommendations for the area - the Brass Monkey pub is great. She added little extras in the room like bread and butter and jam if you like a bit of toast for breakfast it’s perfect. Plenty tea and coffee and milk in the fridge too. She also allows you to use her kitchen if you do want to cook anything - we didn’t use it but thought it was a very kind gesture given it’s her private home.

A fantastic stay in Edinburgh! John and Gail are accessible, caring, adorable and John likes to share good addresses to discover Scotland. A tip for future tenants: take the time to chat with John! The Wendy House is beautiful, a small cottage in its green setting. We're in love. Edinburgh city center is easily accessible by bus. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness, we are very touched. Tatu and Fiona were such great hosts, with such a lovely space to stay! We stayed a couple of nights in their private annex, and provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It truly was a home away from home. It was very clean, quiet, serene, calm, and we had a space to park. Highly recommend everyone to stay. Wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely stay again ;)

This apartment was wonderful. It was well located, clean, and well stocked. Restaurants were within convenient walking distance. All in all we loved Veronique’s place.

Linsey and Jon are very friendly hosts and the Potting Shed is a lovely place to stay for a visit to Edinburgh. Although the accommodation is not directly in the city center, the bus connection, which has a bus stop directly in front, brings you straight into the heart of the city. The accommodation itself is cozy and has everything one needs to freshen and rest up during your stay. Loved our stay and would happily return here during any future visits to Edinburgh.

We really enjoyed our stay. The Airbnb was really clean and cozy. The apartment instructions were very helpful, and the host was very responsive. We would fully recommend!

Great little place for a few nights in an awesome city. a bus stop right outside, and close to another main bus route. The room is cosy, with a very comfy bed. Susie has left chest instructions on how to turn everything on and off. Very nice and private.

A genuine Airbnb like no other. Everything you could think of has been thoughtfully provided in this cosy annex. Very clean and looks even better in person. Plenty of food in the cupboards and fridge, the host is very generous. There’s also a TV with Netflix, books, a full kitchen, etc. Very easy and straightforward access to the city center with a bus stop right next to the Airbnb. The host, Judith, was super welcoming and kind, and so was her husband (lovely meeting you both!). We wish we had stayed longer, but will hopefully come back, and this time to go hiking and exploring the surroundings.

Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful!!! The location is perfect! Just a 10 minute bus ride from the center, the neighborhood is very quiet and made the walks in the morning/evening very peaceful. You may even see friendly cats wanting to say hello while you're on your walk. The pod itself looked even better in person and was spacious. The morning sunrise and the beautiful night sky from the pod was breath-taking. Margherita made everything easy, she was extremely helpful, she made us feel at home and gave us our privacy as well. We cant wait to book again when we visit again in the future!!! 5 Stars all arounddd!

I came to the area to attend a wedding a few miles away, and staying here was one of the highlights of my trip. Jonathan was an exceptional host—friendly, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. When no taxis were available, he kindly drove me to the wedding venue himself, which was far beyond anything I expected or paid for. The accommodation was spacious, spotless, and beautifully organised, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. I had plenty of privacy and felt completely at ease throughout my stay. Thank you, Jonathan, for your outstanding hospitality and for being such a gracious guide to this lovely area. I truly enjoyed my time here!

Highly recommended. The house was perfect, it had everything you could need. John was very kind to us and was flexible with our arrival as our flight was late. He explained everything we needed to know about the house and recommendations on how to get to Edinburgh.

Elizabeth was the perfect host. we felt right at home. She gave us useful information regarding the bus system and walking directions to the village. it was just the right distance from the city center. We would definitely recommend a stay at the Den.

Amazing place with wonderful energy and terrific hosts in Karen and Geoff , wonderful souls that really couldn’t do enough for you. Everything was perfect from the lovely rooms to the gorgeous breakfasts. Me and my girlfriends made really good connections and thoroughly recommend this as a place to stay ***** 5 stars 😊

We stayed only one night, we had a great time, the bed is very comfortable and the private bathroom is small but clean. The accommodation is practically next to the tram stop, which you can use to reach the various points of the city quickly.

We stayed at Tamsin and David’s for Edinburgh Marathon weekend and the entire trip was fantastic. Tamsin was amazing before we had even made it to Edinburgh, answering questions and recommending transport links. The AirBnB itself left us wanting for nothing. It was super clean, spacious and 2 minutes walk from the sea and bus stop that gets you into the centre of Edinburgh. Our only gripe was that the AirBnB was very warm and so all of the windows and doors had to remain open while we were in there. Tamsin and David’s attention to detail with decor, the breakfast they provided (catering to all dietary requirements) and their helpfulness before and throughout our stay was exemplary. If we are ever back in Edinburgh, we will be back!
