Vacation rentals with breakfast in Edinburgh

Ruth house is great. Lovely garden and spacious rooms. We spent a week there, we are a couple with a 3yo girl and we recommend this house for families. It is clean with many useful things in the house because it is a "real home". Quite a few of buses around just walking 5 minutes. Thanks!

My sister & I had the best time in Edinburgh and Karen & her husband, Christy played a large part making us feel at home. We had nice genuine conversations over breakfast (which was included) and when we returned every night. The location was superb. The house is in a neighborhood that is well served by public transportation. We arrived near midnight and it was an easy bus ride from the airport. Google maps will show many stops but not many people got off before we got closer to town. We felt completely safe on the very short walk from the bus stop to the house. Getting to/from central Edinburgh where all the main attractions are was just ten minutes on the bus. After a whole day rubbing shoulders with other visitors as a tourist, it was refreshing to be among locals going about their day or children going to school. The room with two good-sized beds includes a private bathroom right outside the door. Highly recommend the home and the family! Wish all the homes were like this.

Very nice accomodations for a very good price, not too far from the center with easy access to public transportation. Cong Shan and his wife were very nice to us, I highly recommend.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Susan's house. Susan and her husband were very welcoming and showed us where everything was. Her husband lit the log fire in the evening and the room was clean and cosy and a great place to rest for the night. The house is beautiful and in a gorgeous area. I just wish we'd had more time to explore and go on the lovely walks her husband told us about! I would definitely stay here again.

Sheila is one of the best hosts I have ever met, she's very kind and enthusiastic, the breakfast she offered is simple but amazing. The room I had is cozy, clean, and all the things are rounded. The house is located in a nice neighborhood with fabulous environment, and it'a also very convenient to go to the center of Edinburgh. In a nutshell, it's a pleasure to live in here.😊

We stayed at 63 Moubray Grove, South Queensferry for a Buissines trip and found the property well presented clean and tidy with all the modern amenities you could wish for in a quiet residential area. The property is easy to get to with local shops very close by also Dalmeny train station within an easy walk away. Nicky was extremely helpful and quick, easy communication.

Perfect for a stay if using the airport and lots of takeaways and a supermarket right next door

My husband and I had a great stay at Paul’s apartment! The apartment is even better in real life than in the photos. As others have mentioned, the communal spaces could use a little attention, though we knew that this is not within Paul’s control. The location was perfect for what we needed, Paul was responsive and kind, and the groceries he provided for our stay were a really, really nice touch. We’d stay here again should we come back to Edinburgh!

Not enough good things to say about this space. Very clean with everything you could want for an extended or brief stay. A perfect example of why you’d choose to stay in an Airbnb. Stayed with a group of 8 and had plenty of space and privacy for everyone as well as a homey living space. Probably the most ideal location for visiting Edinburgh with quick access to transit, most of the downtown and attractions within a 20 minute walk, and easy access to the airport tram. Beds were comfortable and amenities well cared for. Lizzie was very accommodating and helpful. Can’t imagine a more perfect experience in any Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay in South Queensferry! The apartment was very comfortable and the view was amazing. We were traveling with our 9 month old and appreciated the high chair and travel cot that were provided for us. The fridge and kitchen were well stocked with breakfast options and snacks, which made us feel at home! It was easy to get into Edinburgh for day trips and the boat ride down to Inchcolm was really fun. Highly recommend staying here!!

Amazing last minute find. Perfect for what was needed! Yes it’s a small space, but used so so well. Everything you need for a short stay. The area was safe, clean and quiet. Steven and Gillian catered for everything! I wasn’t sure what I was expecting, but it far exceeded whatever that was! Thank you. If ever I’m back in Edinburgh I will be sure to see you again.

I'm really happy that I chose to stay with Jennet. She is a kind, welcoming and overall lovely host who made sure I was comfortable. Her home is beautiful, clean and calm, and I really recommend staying there. Its also right in the centre of Edinburgh and there couldn't be a better location. As a side note, for breakfast she served me some of her own jams and fruits which was a wonderful touch!!

Patrick’s place is the ideal location to get anywhere in Edinburgh very easily! It’s right in the heart of the city but tucked away so it was quiet and relaxing. The room was very comfortable with really nice bedding and amenities. Patrick was a very responsive host with great recommendations for the city. I will definitely stay here again!

Katerina is a charming woman, a wonderful host, takes care of every shortage, pleasant, very caring and friendly. The property was very clean, comfortable, pleasant, and met our needs. Every question we asked was answered. Katrina provided us with breakfast, groceries, every day, even though we only paid for a room. The bedding was pleasant, fresh towels, a sparkling bathroom, and a clean room. The property is very close to a bus station, the ride to the city is fast, the availability of buses is very good. I highly recommend staying at Katerina's home to anyone interested in visiting Edinburgh. Katrina is a lovely, lovely woman!!!!!!

Nothing short of perfection! Danii was so friendly, inviting, and staying with her felt like being hosted by a friend or family member. As a first timer in Scotland from the U.S., this was such a lovely way to begin our trip. The grounds are stunning, so peaceful, and the location is an easy drive from the airport and to the tram station. Danii was so helpful in giving clear directions, giving advice and recommendations for Edinburgh and beyond, and checking in with us daily. I would highly recommend booking and hope my husband and I get the chance to return soon.

Great stay near Arthur's Seat! Always nice to stay with the owner who can share insights about the city. Lewis was very helpful and friendly, making recommandations and showing around. Nice and quiet neighborhood. I totally recommend!

Great accommodation, there is everything and it is very clean. Conveniently located near the city center. In addition, Tom is a great host, welcoming and helpful. We recommend it!
