This is a highly desirable area in central Edinburgh and has lots of eating & drink places, walks, parks and bus stops a short walk away. The flat has has a small private garden with table and chairs. Sit outside in the morning with your coffee and hear the birds. I have a galley kitchen, kitchen breakfast bar and comfy sofa The flat is small and full of charm, unfortunately I cannot host infants as the space is too small
