Kid-friendly vacation rentals in East Nashville

We loved this cottage and the neighborhood hood was beautiful for walking. Back yard and deck was perfect for morning coffee and letting dogs play. Great place

Great spot in East Nashville! My wife and I had a blast - easy to get downtown but also close to plenty of things to do in the area.

The house was exactly how it was described. It was very clean neat it was perfect for our stay 10 minute Uber to Broadway where all the Honkytonk bars are at and plenty of restaurants in walking distance of the house. Sarah was very responsive and describe the place as it was when we showed up. Thank you again for the great experience of renting your house.

Jen’s place was great. A 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville, which worked perfect for us. Very easy check in and comfortable space for 4 people.

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

Had a great stay at Christy’s spot! The house was cozy and clean and the kitchen was perfect for a long term stay. I also loved the location — it was great to be able to walk to Frothy Monkey and Shelby Park and when I wanted to go downtown, it was only a 10 minute, $10 uber. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Nashville!

Julia’s place in East Nashville was perfect for getting out of the downtown area to see what else the city has to offer. She was kind and prompt with her communication and everything was clean and organized— not to mention the gorgeous art all over the walls! The vibe was exactly what we needed for our anniversary celebration and we were grateful she allowed our pups to crash with us! I would hesitate to book with her again, and neither should you!

I would highly recommend Rachel’s place. It is situated in a lovely location, not far from downtown Nashville and had great amenities close by. The place had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Would stay again!

Great stay for our family of four! Loved walking to the greenway and quick access to great spots around East Nashville. Comfy beds and the foosball table and guitar were big hits for our 8 and 13 year old! Would love to stay again.

This place was great for what we needed- cozy and quiet! I so much appreciated being able to arrange an early check-in. Our trip went so much smoother because of it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place, and I would stay here again if I ever return to Nashville.

Perfect location close to Vanderbilt and just a 5 minute drive to the action downtown. Quiet neighborhood but right off West End.

The condo was perfect for our stay as two couples. The vaulted ceilings make the one story seem very spacious. Upon our arrival everything was as described. Strong A/C made keeping cool easy and the en-suite bathrooms were great, too. We enjoyed being in Historic Edgefield and walked to enjoy delicious donuts at East Park Donuts & Coffee. Bolton’s Chicken was also highly regarded nearby even though we didn’t get the chance to visit. The condo was also easy walking distance to the Five Points neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants. We would recommend Mike’s place to our friends and family.

Shannon is very responsive. The condo is conveniently located. We were very close to restaurants, bars and Broadway. No complaints here. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Zac was extremely easy to communicate with, we had no issues during our stay. Check in and check out instructions given were clear and easy! Was a good location with places to eat walkable distance and a close uber drive to downtown/Broadway just like stated in the description!

Check in was easy! Plenty of free parking for people! You are on a Main Street so you will hear road noise but that didn’t bother us! The building was safe and quiet. Communication was great with Will! The kitchen was nice to have and had plenty of things to use. We toured all over Nashville. The TN state museum was a good museum to visit next to the Nashville Farmers Market. It is free to get in and free parking. Plenty of food options. Some of our favorites were Velvet Taco, Butter Milk Ranch for breakfast by Belmont University, Pharmacy Burger. You are about 4 miles to Gaylord Opryland convention center. We would stay again if we were in the area.

We loved this place! Very quiet neighborhood and several restaurants that were in walking distance. Quick Ubers to our favorite attractions! Allen is very responsive and great communication at all times. My husband and I love Nashville and we will definitely return here to stay again! We enjoyed the decor and how we felt apart of the Nashville lifestyle! Thank you so much! Water in the fridge was much appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. A quick walk to Publix and we were set. Another convenience!

We enjoyed our stay in Nashville and the owner was very helpful with giving local recommendations for things to do on the area. He was quick to respond to my messages and was a great host!

Josiah was great and his condo is well furnished and modern. It was also very clean. The instructions and details he provides on the condo is very helpful. He addressed every message quickly and was very accommodating. We had my sister’s birthday with 8 women and was very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the extra beds, towels and linens were great. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a wonderful place outside of Downtown Nashville!
