Vacation rentals with a patio in East Nashville

Beautiful place, exceptionally clean, owner is an excellent communicater, and we had everything we needed, and more! Loved our stay there!

We had a great stay at The Burnham! Beautiful pool area, apartment was very clean, amazing location within walking distance to Broadway, proactive host that provided clear and simple instructions for check-in, check-out and more. 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay again!

We so enjoyed Joseph’s place. We stayed one night to celebrate our daughter’s 16th birthday. She had a wonderful time at the pool and loved being able to walk to Broadway for dinner. It is a beautiful apartment and they were always quick to respond! We will stay here again!

Airbnbs were limited with it being CMAFest, but we got lucky securing this spot. The location was great! Easy to get in, super clean and fun decor. Perfect for our girls trip reunion and we felt very safe here. Had a blast and would definitely rebook again! Thanks for the hospitality!

If you’re heading to Nashville, esp. for the bars on Broadway, you wont find a better location or condo. Just a five minute walk to broadway, tons of restaurants in walking distance, as well as the Country Music Hall of Fame. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable. Fun decor and one of the largest units in the building. No street noise because you are courtyard side and never heard anyone past quiet hours even though we saw lots of party groups staying there. Jessica & Josh were super helpful and responsive. The complex itself was good - Jessica & Josh sent plenty of info ahead of time that made getting in and around easy. I recommend this condo to anyone heading to Nashville!

This place is stunning. The views through the floor-to-ceiling windows were wonderful. Lindsey's attention to detail anticipated so many needs. She also made check-in and check-out very easy. The pool area was great. The building itself is a 10 minute walk from Broadway nightlife and the surrounding areas. I highly recommend this place if you want to stay in a beautiful location with great amenities, and just a short safe walk from Nashville nightlife.

Fantastic location! Kevin was so responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The suite was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and stylish.

Linda was great! Even had snacks and food to make for breakfast. The shower had GREAT water pressure! Bed and couches were very comfortable. The weather was pretty rainy the whole time so it was nice that she even had an umbrella for us by the door!

What a beautiful home and host was outstanding, we wanted a homely base for our visit to Nashville from the U.K. and it fitted the bill perfectly. Too many hosts lose the personal touch in their properties and approach but this was both homely and had lots of personal touches. Everything had been thought of and having a record player was lovely. Home was incredibly well appointed and not even a spec of dust anywhere. Any questions we had were answered with a prompt but friendly tone. Would stay here again next time we are in town.

The home was very cozy and nicely decorated. Easily accommodated the 6 adults staying in the house. Easy access to entertainment and restaurants. Would definitely recommend the place to friends.

Clean and Beautifully Decorated ! Good Location ! Loren was quick to respond about my questions. It was as described in listing. The little things that were great was they had laundry detergent because we had to wash the babies swaddle. Also I have bad allergies so it was nice to walk into an Airbnb that did not use plugins. It was very clean !!!!

This was our second time staying at John's place and it was just as lovely! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home (plus some extra Nashville flare). The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, they clearly care about their guests’ comfort. The location was ideal, close enough to Uber to everything we wanted to do, but peaceful and quiet at night. We especially loved the outdoor porch and spent most of our time out there. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier Airbnb experience. Thank you for such a memorable and relaxing stay!

This was perfect for our group. The listing description and photos were accurate, and the home was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-equipped with amenities. As a first-time Airbnb guest, I had a great experience. The location offered convenient access to the highway, making it easy to get around town. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing place to stay! Just about 15 minutes from Broadway, so you are out of the craziness. It was clean when we got there and the host (Scott) made sure we had everything we needed. Very attentive host and very lovely place to stay!

We had an amazing time! the keypad entry made getting in really easy. The room was really clean and fit the four of us very comfortably. It had everything we could have wanted. We ended up unknowingly visiting during CMA's which made getting an uber/lyft impossible Saturday night but the room was luckily a safe and walkable distance from Broadway! 10/10 recommend

Shannon is very responsive. The condo is conveniently located. We were very close to restaurants, bars and Broadway. No complaints here. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. This is the perfect spot to stay and explore Nashville on foot! The condo was beautiful, clean, had gated parking, and was walking distance to all the fun. David is a responsive and proactive host that made the process easy from start to finish. Can't wait to book again!

Josiah was great and his condo is well furnished and modern. It was also very clean. The instructions and details he provides on the condo is very helpful. He addressed every message quickly and was very accommodating. We had my sister’s birthday with 8 women and was very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the extra beds, towels and linens were great. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a wonderful place outside of Downtown Nashville!

Excellent stay, the pictures didn’t give this home the credit it deserves. Literally close to everything we did for the weekend. I would 10/10 definitely recommend and would book again in future visits!
