Vacation rentals with a hot tub in East Nashville

Really enjoyed our stay at Big Blue. House is conveniently located to downtown Nashville and offers lots of shops/restaurants and bars in walking distance. Michael was extremely responsive to all questions and made everything easy. Would absolutely recommend a friend to stay here!

Had a great stay here! There were only four of us but would have been plenty of room for more. Hot tub was great, home was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was fairly easy to drive to some locations and easy to Uber to others. Really enjoyed the home!

Amazing Stay – Perfect for Our Business Trip! We had a wonderful experience staying at RNB INBIS during our business trip. The host was incredibly accommodating and kind, going above and beyond to meet any requests we had. Her hospitality made everything smooth and stress-free, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable — ideal for both rest and work. Thanks to her thoughtful attention and flexibility, my colleagues and I were able to focus on our meetings and enjoy our time in the city. We are all very satisfied and grateful for such a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Coopers place was awesome. It was very clean and was everything you could ask for and more when staying in an Airbnb. Cooper was extremely responsive and helpful. I'd love to stay here again. 10/10 experience from the moment i booked.

We loved our stay, it was our first time staying in an air Bnb that the owner also lives in. His personal things were not really visible, so it didn’t feel weird, like I thought it would, felt very much like a regular hotel/ air Bnb stay.the parking was great we never had a problem finding spots on the street for our rental van and pick up truck. We Uber’d to broad street and it was fine. We had a great time the place is clean, spacious and affordable. We would rent this property again.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect and back yard was beautiful. We wish the weather would have allowed us to used the outside a bit more. House was fully stocked with laundry essentials, toiletries and kitchen items ( coffee and creamer). Beds were also extremely comfortable! We will definitely return!

LOVED THIS! Only reason we have one area 4 stars was due to it being so secluded. If you’re looking to uber to broadway Im not sure this would be ideal, however it was beautiful and so peaceful is totally come here again. Thanks for everything :)

This is our second time staying at Pineybrook Lodge - and I'm sure we'll be back in the near future! Chuck is a fantastic host. The pictures don't do the cabin justice! It was very thoroughly cleaned and stocked very well. From tea, to coffee k-cups, popcorn, to firewood bundles! We were also greeted with a gift from Chuck which was a nice touch upon arrival. The cabin is charming and spacious and fit 8 of us very comfortably. I would highly recommend the cabin to larger groups!

I’ve never been so sad to leave an Airbnb! It was the perfect home base this weekend. It was quiet and secluded, which was a nice break from the city. The inside was nice and cozy when it was pouring rain while still offering plenty to do - and the hot tub had coverage for those rainy moments to still be able to enjoy some outside time, too. Absolutely loved the outdoor space to hang around the fire. The cabins were such a great expansion to the house because we all had plenty of room to spread out and do our own thing, too. We’re already hoping to make a trip back at some point. It’s obvious Steve and Clare put a lot of work and thought into this property. They had great recommendations and were appropriately responsive. When a bad patch of weather headed our way, they even sent instructions on what to do/where to go if the weather got severe. Really grateful for the thought they put into this Airbnb and our stay. Can’t recommend enough!

Whatever you seek, Billy Goat cabin is probably the place you’re looking for! Some of the most thoughtful, friendly and kind owners we’ve ever stayed with. They make sure their guests are taken care of and more - we had a sweet personalized message and fresh eggs for us upon arrival. There is clearly a lot of thought put into the decor of the cabin - it feels like home. The beautiful grounds were perfect for disconnecting from it all and relaxing, and the chickens and goats were adorable. A plus is that it’s only 30-40 minutes from Nashville, and around an hour and a half from Manmoth Cave too! Would highly recommend and hope to come back one day.

We had a fabulous stay here and will definitely be back! Very peaceful, clean, and communication was answered right away. We enjoyed visiting Franklin and Nashville towns as this location was right in the middle and easily accessible to all necessities.

We couldn't have been more impressed with the house and the hospitality. The house was super clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were very comfortable, the view of the Cumberland River while sitting in the hot tub was so relaxing. Seeing the Eagle above the hot tub everyday was a really cool part of our stay. Very spacious back patio. We loved the fire pit and really appreciated Monica having fresh firewood brought in for our stay. The bathrooms were very accommodating. Washer and dryer were a real plus. Awesome amenities in the cabin and two wood burning fireplaces in the house were a huge plus. Monica was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and pleasant as possible. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful gem on the Cumberland.

Perfect blend of country living and access to all Nashville has to offer! Cabin was quiet and peaceful, yet less than 10 minutes from restaurants and shopping.
