We enjoyed our stay at Alece’s place! The space was well appointed and very comfortable. We loved exploring the adorable neighborhood which offers a quiet retreat once you’ve had your fill of downtown Nashville. The neighbors were very quiet, with the exception of a little barking from the dog next door. This didn’t bother us as we are up early and love animals. Perfect hotel alternative. Could not recommend more!

Kyle and Renay's home was lovely and had all the comforts of home. It was located close to a number of things to do and see. Kyle and Renay were very easy to contact with questions and gave us very helpful information on how to navigate the city. We would definitely seek "The Birdhouse" out again when in Nashville!

This is the second time we have stayed at this home and have found it so convenient. We came for CMA fest and we could conveniently park the car at the back and enter the home via a back door. Ubers/Lyfts very cheap and easy to get to other areas of Nashville when we wanted to drink. Shops, bars, restaurants close by. State of the art washer and dryer! Will certainly look to stay here again!
