Darling little place. I love the whimsical decorations and colors throughout the home. Location was perfect & safe. Very cute neighborhood - walking distance to all the fun shops and restaurants. I appreciated the gated yard for my dog, too! Pedro is so quick to respond and went the extra mile in ensuring that my stay was exceptional. Been playing tourist staying in airbnbs as a new local so he helped make my house hunting adventure less stressful. :)

Our group of seven had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this property. The home was spacious and well laid out, with plenty of seating, towels, closet space, and a good balance of shared and private areas. The location was ideal—within about 20 minutes of downtown Nashville, the airport, and Opryland, which made getting around simple and efficient. KP was a very responsive and welcoming host. One thing for future guests to note: there is a brief, approximately 10-minute walkthrough with the host upon arrival. It didn’t impact our stay but is worth knowing in advance. Overall, a great home base for a Nashville getaway.

This place is great. Located close to everything you want to do. Walked to the bar and restaurants that were close by and Uber to Broadway was easy and very inexpensive. Beds are very comfortable and a nice patio to sit on after a long day. We will definitely stay here again.

The stay here was amazing. Isabeau and Shaun’s place was a great stay for my father who is in a power chair as it had an ADA shower and stairless entrance. They had all the amenities listed and everything needed on the first floor. The bedrooms, bathroom and laundry on the second floor were also well maintained with fans supplied for hot nights. They were very quick to respond and even allowed a package to be shipped to the property early and brought it inside once delivered. You can access additional information through the DACK app and they provide enough info through Airbnb messages.

Have to say that I was very pleased with my stay here in Nashville. Had some trouble getting into auto lock because battery died. They tried to get it fixed but couldn't, no worries they communicated well and we were able to use back door instead.

And exceptional Airbnb! Much thought has gone into making your stay comfortable. There are plenty of towels and washcloths available. Baths have large bottles of shampoo and body wash, along with extras of paper towels and toilet paper. This is first Airbnb I’ve seen that actually furnished Lysol spray in the bathrooms! We found everything to be spic and span and in working order. We hope to stay there again!

Next time I’m in Nashville I will be looking to rent this first. Matthew was great from start to end and was super helpful

Christy's place at the The Vinyl is a great spot. We really enjoy this location and the ability to walk to several areas with live music and restaurants. The place was exactly as described, clean and easy to get to. We had one issue with an annoying renter next door partying a bit too much one night. Christy was very responsive and tracked down the issue as soon as she was made aware. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future visit.

Great location! It was super easy to check in and a lot of space for the price! It was close enough to broadway and the food assembly hall to walk comfortably. The showers were very nice and clean! Would definitely rent from Amanda again!

Place is in a great location, walkable to Broadway and lots of local restaurants, but far enough that it’s on the quieter side for Nashville.

Amanda's apartment was in a great location for wanting to be close to Broadway (5-7 minute walk). The apartment is attached to a theatre, but the shows ended around 10:30 so it was never an issue with trying to sleep. If you are trying to sleep before 10:30 then it will be an issue. Convenient with a Walgreens, bagel and coffee shop across the street. Food vendors a few blocks away at night. Plenty of towels. There's no windows, but it was perfect for sleeping in after a night on Broadway. The front door to the building and the elevator have a code so strangers cannot access the building. Setting a code to the apartment door was very easy. I'd stay again.

Great location for a lower price. Clean and lot of open space. Nice moderne design.

Nashvana was perfect for our family of four. The beds and linens were cozy. The closets were huge, you could probably actually put an air mattress in them and fit more people in! Everything was exceptionally neat and clean. We felt right at home.

Delightful, spacious condo/apartment in a modern building with all the creature comforts, including luxury linens, a syrups-stocked coffee station, king-sized (and worthy) bed, walk in closet for all your boots and belt buckles, fancy fresh soaps and a cute balcony for pre-Broadway toasts or an early morning (caramel) coffee. Hosts were super helpful/gracious when we needed to “phone a friend” for a little help with the app in the parking garage. We loved this arty and super-cool apartment, and hope to return!
