Excellent access to Broadway and Grand Ole Oprey. Excellent check in and check out directions. Very quiet neighborhood. Just beware that back alley access is tight so recommend using a vehicle that is mini van or smaller.

We loved this little Airbnb! Great location, with so many restaurants and shops nearby made even better by avoiding the parking hassles of the area! We loved having a small outdoor space too!

Very nice and cozy place. I like that there are more than enough amenities, we felt right at home the moment we entered the cottage. It has a beautiful backyard view as well. Clear instructions throughout the unit made it easy for our stay. Highly recommend!

This carriage house is the best place to stay if visiting East Nashville OR if basing out of there to see all of Nashville! It's located above Molly's garage in an adorable neighborhood that's seamlessly flows into other historic neighborhoods. There are so many things close by, and Molly has great recommendations for local, walkable spots for food, etc. Getting in the car is easy if wanting to go into the city or other areas of Nashville, as well. Molly is a great host with excellent communication! The carriage house is designed with so many things in mind and the beds are quite comfortable. It is meticulously clean and we found parking to be very easy (& free) on nearby Scott Ave. If you like walkable neighborhoods, with timeless, bungalow charm, great coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and vintage clothing stores/unique home shops, this is the place for you! Greenery abounds in all directions, as well, and there wasn't an unfriendly person anywhere!

Wonderful spot! Close to downtown but also in a neighborhood rich with history, personality and offering serenity in the city. Greg was a true Superhost and made himself available to answer questions, help if needed and make recommendations for the area! The place itself has real personality and is completely immaculate! We could have gone anywhere in 15 min, but honestly it was hard to leave so we grabbed takeout and ended up staying in, watching old movies and listening to music! Perfect for the homebody couple or the adventurers! We will book again!

this place is soooo cosy!! we had the best stay - super comfortable, cute and right in the heart of the beautiful 12 south neighbourhood. also walkable to downtown for all the action! the hosts were really accommodating and flexible, even providing a kettle for us Brits 😅 100% recommend this gorgeous home - easily one of the nicest air bnbs I've ever stayed in!

We stayed at Amy and Ben's place for a long weekend trip and would love to return! Their place is in a beautiful neighborhood, and we found ourselves walking to the 12 south area every day! The space itself is perfect with plenty of space and privacy!

From booking to our arrival the process was effortless. Mark was highly attentive even during our travel to Nashville keeping us updated & setting the expectation. He made it easily accessible and truly welcoming. The neighborhood had so much charm & wonderful people and surroundings.The location was everything we imagined. It was close to downtown, very walkable and the home was SO clean,organized and functional.All the recommendations for food/bars and activities were a 10/10 and gave us a local feel.This place made the trip even better & a core memory. Our stay at the Garden House was fantastic. Even before we arrived our hosts answered all our questions and gave us some great local recommendations for places to check out. The house itself is peaceful and open, with plenty of natural light making it an ideal space to relax in after exploring Nashville! The surrounding neighbourhood is very walkable, we loved being able to go out to local spots and stroll back. If we could’ve stayed longer, we would’ve!

Exceptional private apartment above the detached garage. Listing pictures are accurate. Really nice layout with anything you could need. The feel and craftsmanship of the entire place can be seen and felt, the kitchen and bathroom are exceptionally well done. The provided oscillating fan and Dyson vacuum were nice to be able to use as well. Beautiful neighborhood with charming homes, felt completely safe and was very quiet. If you’re driving anything larger than a midsize SUV, you will need to park in the front of the hosts home, the provided parking in the rear at the garage is a bit tight.

We absolutely loved our time here. The home honestly feels brand new and so cozy! Everything is exactly as pictured and described with such attention to detail. The beds were comfy, the kitchen and bathroom very well stocked. The house is located in a really lovely residential area but only a short walk to restaurants and shops. We felt very safe and comfortable even coming in very late both nights we were there. It’s easy and inexpensive to catch an Uber into town. Highly recommend this spot! We would definitely come back again.

Alyssa was the best host ever! She reached out and gave us great directions and responded to our needs even after we checked in. Her place was so cute and exactly what we were hoping for. The location could not be better. We wanted a walkable area where we could get great food and fun shopping. Oh my! That is exactly what 12 South is like. My friends and I plan on staying here again and recommending Alyssa’s place to all of our friends!

I had a nice stay at the cottage with my daughter. We had all we needed during our stay. We had plenty of towels, and the kitchen had the tools we needed for light cooking. We were able to walk to an Old Town Trolley stop, and were close to restaurants and a park. Our favorite moments were eating breakfast outside on the patio and playing Jenga when it rained. I highly recommend the place!

This was a cute place! About 10 mins from downtown and the area is actually safe. The driveway getting up to it is a little steep, but it wasn’t bad. The hose was very responsive and helpful.

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday and we had the best time! The space is cozy and clean with everything you might need. Bethany was very kind and responsive and offered tons of helpful information. She also wrote me a sweet card for my birthday and left us some treats. Above and beyond hospitality! Last but not least, the location is incredible! We loved being able to walk the 12 South neighborhood and have such easy access to coffee, restaurants and shopping. 10/10 stay!

We had a great stay and felt completely at home. The apartment is excellent and very clean. It’s located in a quiet area, but you can reach the city center within just a few minutes. If we come back to Nashville, we will definitely stay in the same apartment again. Thank you so much for everything!

This place was perfect for our needs... especially having an attached garage... extremely helpful when you have a motorcycle and rainy weather, lol. Our host was great and very accommodating.

This space was perfect for our family of 4. It was located nearby the 12 South neighborhood with plenty to eat, shop and explore. It’s minutes to downtown and an easy area to navigate. The bed is comfy and everything was so clean! The hosts were responsive, kind and let us enjoy our privacy throughout our stay.

Kate’s space was very peaceful, calm, cozy and spacious, exactly what we were looking for. The bonus was how green the surrounding area is with many beautiful old trees. Plus, she was very responsive and checked in with us at appropriate times to make sure we had everything we needed. A very nice experience. We will be sure to be back.

Donald and LaDawn's guest house is lovely. The place is beautifully designed and they had everything we needed for a weekend visit. We enjoy staying in this part of Nashville because so many things are walkable and the neighborhood is quiet yet close to everywhere we want to go. We would happily stay here again.

Location , communication and layout/functionality of the space are all 5 plus stars. We didn’t use the kitchen so can’t speak on the supplies etc but it was super nice having a W/D in the space. The patio and its furniture were not usable for our visit due to moldy dirty rug and furniture due to Nashville recent rains. Host was very responsive when we requested a new shower curtain liner. The space is tired and worn and in need of some Sheetrock repair, paint and new (er)sheets and towels but other than that it was all 5 plus stars. I get that white paint looks great …..but in an Airbnb , owners should use ScuffX paint if using white. I have stayed at several in Nashville that are just so marred up and dirty looking that it is not the greatest first impression. I get it- not everyone takes the care of an Airbnb like it’s their own space.
