We had a fabulous weekend with our family at your cozy house. It was perfect for us and in a great location!

Andi’s place was so cozy and comfortable, such a perfect spot for our winter stay in Nashville! She’s was extremely communicative from the start and even baked us muffins when we got in after our long drive. Plus our pup LOVED the big back yard. Would definitely stay here again!

Who ever idea it was it to put the heated pool in the garage with a TV and the lounge area was the best idea ever! Kitchen very spacious bathrooms in every room and was a plus, I would most definitely stay here again.

This property was exactly what my party and I were looking for. We came for the Downtown fun but wanted be stay somewhere quiet and relaxing. The place was exactly as described. It was very clean and full of all of the amenities listed. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils pots and pans, etc.. The beds were very comfortable and equipped with a good quality, bedding and last, but not least the outdoor deck along with the covered carport makes it great for the hanging outside, relaxing, and getting some fresh air. The hosts was very responsive when messaging them about an issue with the Wi-Fi, which was an overlook on my part. All in all this will be my go to whenever back in Nashville..

This was our second stay at Maulik’s place, and it was just as beautiful as the first—spotlessly clean and appointed like a five-star hotel. Maulik is hands-down the best Airbnb host we’ve ever had—so welcoming and always happy to share great local recommendations. The location is perfect, just a couple of miles from downtown and close to Topgolf and Shake Shack. We especially enjoyed the fun touches like the golf putting and bean bag games in the garage. The rooftop views and hot tub were a big hit again, and the high-quality construction of the home really stands out—it’s solid, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend a stay with Maulik—you won’t be disappointed!

Coopers place was awesome. It was very clean and was everything you could ask for and more when staying in an Airbnb. Cooper was extremely responsive and helpful. I'd love to stay here again. 10/10 experience from the moment i booked.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb for a bachelor party! The location was perfect—close to broadway but far enough for some peacefulness. The place was spotless and very well maintained. The views were absolutely underrated as you can see the entire city. The hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive, and made me feel very welcome. I’d definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Lyric Lane Cabin was perfect in every way. The house is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and very thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. It’s hard to capture in photos how stunning the property is. There is a beautiful view from every corner of the house or porch. It’s secluded but feels incredibly safe. The home is very well lit from the exterior. We had a mobile hibachi chef come out for dinner on the deck one night, and it was a night we will never forget! It was the perfect house for our girls weekend. Everyone was in agreement that they would love to come back again!

Very peaceful. Very clean. Very cozy! It was a perfect getaway to escape the nightlife of downtown. The hosts were more than happy to communicate when we needed. 10/10

This lodge was absolutely one of the most gorgeous airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at and was just perfect for our weekend getaway. The pictures don’t even do it justice. The place was clean, the decor was gorgeous, beds were super comfortable, and the amenities were top notch. In fact, we loved it so much we decided to cancel one of our day trips in order to stay in and enjoy the space and what it had to offer longer.

We couldn't have been more impressed with the house and the hospitality. The house was super clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were very comfortable, the view of the Cumberland River while sitting in the hot tub was so relaxing. Seeing the Eagle above the hot tub everyday was a really cool part of our stay. Very spacious back patio. We loved the fire pit and really appreciated Monica having fresh firewood brought in for our stay. The bathrooms were very accommodating. Washer and dryer were a real plus. Awesome amenities in the cabin and two wood burning fireplaces in the house were a huge plus. Monica was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and pleasant as possible. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful gem on the Cumberland.

Lovely cabin. Adorable bunk house. Peaceful surroundings & large inviting deck. Hot tub was clean, the beds were super comfy and I loved the pillows. The toilet was cool and family favorite. We grilled twice, drove into Nashville everyday and DD took Uber back to the house one night. I highly recommend!

Didn’t get time to check out a lot of the property just because of rain, but everything we saw was beautiful, and the house was super cozy so staying in was nice too. Had a great stay.
