Condo vacation rentals in East Nashville

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Steve and Alice are exceptional hosts and the unit was just lovely.

Daniel’s place was very clean and a quick Uber ride to downtown Nashville. Great location. We loved the balcony for hanging out and visiting.

We were passing thru Nashville and stayed at Shelby’s place one night. It was as described. Would recommend to a friend.

We loved the Parthenon Penthouse. It was a short Uber/Lyft ride to Music Row and The Bluebird Cafe, and a short walk/run to Centennial Park. Tito's Mexican downstairs was delicious, as well. The condo was clean and comfortable and the balcony provided a lovely view of the Nashville skyline. Bring your firestick or streaming device passwords with you if you plan to stay in and watch your favorite shows. The beds are comfortable and the convenience of the washer and dryer helps ensure you do not overpack. The toiletries are enough for a two-three night stay, but bring your own for longer visits. You are only required to start the dishwasher and throw food in the trash, and of course, turn everything off. We put all used towels in the bathroom with the tub and took the trash out to the bin in the garage. All in all, a lovely place we will definitely try to book when we return to Nashville.

Loved the convenience of the location, close to the highway , shopping and more . The unit is extremely safe and secure for a solo traveler and looked just as described in the photos. Will book again for my next trip

I took a few of my best friends to Nashville to celebrate my upcoming wedding! Our stay was amazing! The host/co-hosts were very responsive and gave really clear instructions on getting into the building and the apartment! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would absolutely choose to stay here again!!

Stylish; super clean ; quality dishes; pots and pans; comfy couch; fabulous beds and linens ; bath towels were plentiful; nice to have coffee and creamer; spices; scissors ; Saran and aluminum - surprising how few rentals have all these amenities ! Fabulous store around the corner with amazing quiche ; locally made cheeses and other items; walkable neighborhood and 10 min Drive downtown. Will book again.

Passing through Nashville on a 5 day road trip and this was the perfect place to really get the best sleep. THE BED IS COMFY! So comfy we overslept. Jordan was super understanding and actually gave me a little to get everything cleaned and packed up. We plan on coming back and would easily book again. Thank you for the amazing place. Jordan also let me know that it was CMA Fest and I was able to grab tickets for the Whiskey Jam. Amazing , unforgettable night !!!

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. It’s such cute condo! We’d absolutely stay here again!

This condo was the cherry on top of our Nashville trip. Tucked just far enough from the downtown noise, but close enough for a cheap Uber ride to Broadway, this place hit the sweet spot between comfort and convenience. Inside? Spotless. Stylish without trying too hard. The bed was ridiculously comfy (like, we looked up the mattress brand), the towels were plush, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The little extras stood out: blackout curtains for sleeping in, a Bluetooth speaker for our own pregame playlist, and a list with actual local places (coffee & donut spots, hot chicken spots, rooftop bars, and sweet tooth spots). Way better than Googling aimlessly. The host? Super responsive and genuinely thoughtful. They even were able to remotely unlock the unit after were locked ourselves out. That kind of attention goes a long way. Bottom line: This isn’t just a place to crash between bar-hopping and brunch. It felt like home. We’ll 100% book again.

The condo met all our expectations. It was clean and nicely decorated. Kimberly was very responsive and attentive to our stay!!

Jennie and Maureen were great hosts and very accommodating/responsive. The condo was clean and an easy walk to Broadway. The rooftop was a nice addition and good spot to hang out. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Nashville!

Stacie's home was exactly as described. clean, comfortable and convenient. 15 min walk to Broadway. Even though the fire station was next door, we didn't have any issues with noise. if your looking to park in the gates probably won't happen. however there is plenty of free parking just outside the gate which we did and had no issues. we would use her place when come to Nashville next time.

The condo looked just like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable, even the rollaways. The location was perfect for CMA Fest. Cynthia was always helpful and quick to respond!

Amazing stay! Stayed during CMA Fest week and it was super walkable (a little more than a mile) to all CMA Fest activities and Nissan stadium. The property was quiet, clean, and just as described. I felt safe even walking at night. Bekah gave clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again!

Gorgeous view of Cumberland river right behind the condo. Nice decor and pretty much has everything you need including coffee and ice cream. Highly recommend it.

I think one of the best things you can say about an Airbnb rental is that when you stayed there, you never needed to contact the host with issues or complaints. Liz's condo was exactly as described. Very comfortable, roomy for our party of four and a pleasant walk to the Nashville strip where we spent most of our time. The small balcony overlooking the Cumberland was a great place to relax and recharge. Even though we needed for nothing during our stay, Liz reminded us that she was ready to assist at any time. I heartily recommend this rental.

We loved this place! Very quiet neighborhood and several restaurants that were in walking distance. Quick Ubers to our favorite attractions! Allen is very responsive and great communication at all times. My husband and I love Nashville and we will definitely return here to stay again! We enjoyed the decor and how we felt apart of the Nashville lifestyle! Thank you so much! Water in the fridge was much appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. A quick walk to Publix and we were set. Another convenience!

We had a great 4 days in a sweet spot on the river! We are very active and love to walk so we enjoyed the walk to the downtown area and Uber was easy for everything else. The place was just as described and the hosts were super responsive making our check in and check out seamless! We would absolutely book again!
