This beautiful one-bedroom apartment is located on 5 acres of riverfront property. Private access to the Animas River for paddleboarding, fishing and kayaking is a luxury. What is really amazing is that the apartment is less than 5 minutes from the grocery store and the best pizza in town! Three cruiser bikes with helmets and locks are available for free and access to the Animas River Trail is available through a private gate behind the apartment. It's a fun 10-15-minute ride to downtown.

A long term tenant lives upstairs in a separate apartment with a separate private entrance. Amy and Daniel are available remotely if you need anything during your stay.
