A private room with double french doors onto a balcony that overlooks the Virgin river from the hot tub! 20 mins from Zion and close to St George area. Great for solo, friends or couples. Brand new 750 sqft Guesthouse! The home itself is pure Heaven! My husband and I built this with luxury in mind. Brand new everything!! In a nice residential cul-de-sac! There is a creek across the street and park with a grill next door! If you haven't experienced the night sky outside of a big city then you're in for a treat!!
