We have remodeled two single-story historic homes into several patio rooms with thick adobe walls, hand-hewn vigas, custom Talavera tiles and saltillo tiled floors. Most rooms have gated private patios however, 15, 16 and 17 share a larger outdoor courtyard. We cannot guarantee a specific room or layout for Airbnb guests. Our patio rooms are available with King, Queen or 2 Queen-sized beds, microwaves, refrigerators, coffee, + guest robes. Each room is unique + all are fantastic!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Washington Plaza Hotel - Avery Suite, Free Parking

The ‘Avery’ is a must see studio space w/ free parking; featuring designer furniture and linens. Perfect location steps from the Plaza. This unit features a full kitchen, a fully tiled bathroom with original 1899 windows and hand selected mid-century modern furniture by local design firm Built Design. A Oaxacan-tiled backsplash and exposed beam accent the full kitchen. The unit is situated in the brand new 215 Washington ‘invisible service’ hotel just steps from the Santa Fe Plaza.

Their previous work has been featured in Tribeza, Domino, and GQ. Together they created this original boutique hotel almost exclusively with vintage and custom finishes while honoring the original structure.

Features King Bed, whirlpool tub, gas fireplace, sitting area, and private balcony. This room will surround you with a sense of calm amid silver blue tones, serving as a perfect backdrop for your views of the aspen-covered mountains. For this room, we provide one, free, off street parking in a controlled parking lot 1/2 block from the Inn. Note: shower is in tub and curtain comes down for use. Victorian Suite at the Bent Elbow

Charming old west style hotel in the heart of the amazing San Juan Mountains. Perfectly located within walking distance of all shops and restaurants, but off of busy Greene Street. The Bent Elbow has a long history on Silverton's Notorious Blair Street, home to the "red light district." Our location is the perfect base for all back country adventures. Amazing skiing in the winter and epic hiking and off roading in the summer. The Victorian Room features 2 comfy queen beds.
