Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown, Durham

This was a great place for the price. Located so close to many restaurants and shopping as well as equidistant to UNC and Duke. A few times I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around but it was not loud and never lasted more than a minute. Overall, a quiet, peaceful stay. Very comfortable bed, too.

The location was easily walkable to downtown Cary and we felt safe at night coming back from dinner. The property was as expected. I arrived about 30 minutes after check-in time and the dishwasher and dryer were running, which made me worry someone was inside but there was no one. Host was accommodating and responsive. Overall our experience was good and I do recommend the property to other guests.

Bridget was a lovely host, very quick in responding and super helpful. The place was awesome! Stayed here for four weeks during a business trip. Easy check-in, kitchen was well equipped, bed was very comfortable, all in all very happy with the accommodation.

I booked Amanda's place for my cousin visiting from CA who was here to say goodbye to his best buddy, my husband. He has stayed at one of Amanda's other properties and declared them both to be "perfect" and so convenient to both downtown Carrboro and where we live. And a great price too!

Blake’s space is unique and decorated in what I would call a Bohemian vibe (am I right, don’t know!). It matched the photos and was a fantastic location to meander around downtown Durham. It was quiet and the bed very comfortable, bonus it was an adjustable frame which was a new experience for me and pretty neat. Would stay again.

Halley's apartment fit our needs perfectly. With a kitchen and living space, so much better than a hotel room! The place was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Pavel’s place was super chill—peaceful, spacious, and really cozy. I had a great time there. The whole vibe was like a modern cabin, with a projector for movies, which was awesome. The bathroom had a cool design, and the bookshelves were a great touch. If you're into quiet spots and nature, this place is perfect. Pavel was also helpful and responsive as well.

This house is awesome!! It's super pretty - great amenities, clean, and beautiful inside. Lots of space and the 3 bathrooms is so helpful. The house was fully stocked with everything you'd need. It's in a great neighborhood with restaurants nearby and within walking distance to the Duke campus. The host was also very friendly and responsive whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend! :)

Loved staying at Kalina's again! It is very cozy and in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to Duke's East Campus and the campus bus between East and West campus (down a short trail at the end of the street). The rooms are large and the kitched in well-appointed. We feel at home staying there.

I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and this was one of the best. Beautifully redone, comfortable beds, great kitchen with nice and plentiful snacks. Very peaceful location but close to everything we wanted to do.

Jill’s place was great! Close to everything we wanted to do and ample parking. The beds were comfortable and the decor was modern and beautifully done. The amenities were plentiful (the snacks were a nice touch!) and the kitchen had everything we needed. We weren’t able to use the backyard as intended due to the weather but the grill and patio were still great!

We needed a place to keep our 3 month old Grandaughter while our daughter had brain tumor surgery at Duke Medical Center. Bill's place was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but also conveniently close to anything we needed. The house was perfect! It had everything we needed to make us feel at home. Nicely decorated and very well organized. Everything was labeled so you didn't have to hunt to find what you needed including all light switches. We would definitely choose to stay here again when we have to be in town! Thanks Bill!

The apartment was very nice, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The view of the lake is amazing, and the surrounding area is quiet and beautiful—with lots of birds, tortoises, and fish to watch. Lois is a very polite, responsive, and helpful host. Highly recommended!

The place was great, only problem was the listing had said sleeps 6 with 2 pull out couches. It has 2 queens and a non pull out. They offered an air mattress immediately and said they thought they had fixed that error. Plenty of linens, clean and only 10 min to chapel hill hospital. Firm beds

Ann's place was quite lovely and comfortable, and the courtyard is peaceful and beautiful. I only wish I was staying longer so that I could enjoy the place a bit more.

Quinneys place was clean, comfortable and very user friendly. Felt very safe and private.

Very nice place to stay. kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and instructions were clear. I found the bed VERY comfortable. everything we needed was already there for us. It felt almost like a second home the moment we walked in. 20min (without traffic) from just about everything. absolutely lovely stay.

Amazing stay for the weekend. Helpful and even had a piece of paper in room with everything close by. Will definitely come back in the future!!!!
