Vacation rentals with a patio in Durham County

I stayed in this unit with my small dog for a month, and it was a super comfortable place for a long-term stay! The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in, the bed is comfy, and the space is great. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and convenient. Parking was never an issue. Adam and Rachel were always VERY responsive when issues cropped up—I really appreciated how quickly they got back to me with a resolution. The only thing to note - the walls in the unit are very thin, so you will 100% hear your neighbors—just a reminder to be considerate if you choose to stay here. I’d absolutely stay again!!

This was a great place for the price. Located so close to many restaurants and shopping as well as equidistant to UNC and Duke. A few times I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around but it was not loud and never lasted more than a minute. Overall, a quiet, peaceful stay. Very comfortable bed, too.

The apartment was nicer and larger than I anticipated. Fully equipped, spacious, and comfortable. Reasonably priced, and 5 minute walk from downtown Durham on a quiet-ish street. Blake was very responsive, and even lent me a charger last-minute when I forgot mine. Highly recommend!

Best AirBnB so far. We have stayed in many places around the country and THIS HOME has been the best by far. Spotless, organized, welcoming, comfortable and perfectly located. Eric is a phenomenal host, anticipated our needs before we even asked, and was flexible to suit our travel plans. Quick to respond to any request. Everything you need is there. We plan to stay here again, even forwarded the listing to very “fussy” brother who will be visiting from Denmark. Wonderful experience, highly recommend!

Excellent value in a downtown Durham location. Four full-size bedrooms and a great kitchen and dining room for group dinners. Noisy street meant it might not be ideal for working remotely or young children but was great for a group of friends hanging out for the weekend.

Our extended family had a wonderful stay at Stacy’s place. Great location, design and layout. Easy walk to 9th street and Duke East Campus. So much nicer to have a home to come back to during a busy graduation week instead of staying at a local hotel.

We needed a place to keep our 3 month old Grandaughter while our daughter had brain tumor surgery at Duke Medical Center. Bill's place was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but also conveniently close to anything we needed. The house was perfect! It had everything we needed to make us feel at home. Nicely decorated and very well organized. Everything was labeled so you didn't have to hunt to find what you needed including all light switches. We would definitely choose to stay here again when we have to be in town! Thanks Bill!

This house is in one of my favorite Durham neighborhoods--convenient to Duke, NCSSM, the hospital, and a quick drive to downtown. It is newly refurbished and comfortable.

My family really enjoyed the comfort of this house. We had 4 adults, 3 children, attending ballgames at Duke University. It was conveniently located to the University, grocery & fast food. The neighborhood was peaceful, felt very safe. It felt private. Yard and landscaping was immaculate. Space to toss balls with the kids. The house was amazing, very comfortable - beds and baths for all. The front porch with rocking chairs was an added bonus. Nicely remodeled - neat and clean. We noticed new windows around with nice window blinds. Everything we could have wanted. Would highly recommend to families. Great experience, we made a good choice booking Jonathan's house.

Love Pearl Mill Flats! Great location so close to downtown Durham - even able to walk to a Durham Bulls game. And of course love the salt water swimming pool!

Very nice place to stay. kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and instructions were clear. I found the bed VERY comfortable. everything we needed was already there for us. It felt almost like a second home the moment we walked in. 20min (without traffic) from just about everything. absolutely lovely stay.

Very close to everything in Raleigh! Especially convenient if you have a loved one in UNC Rex Hospital.
