Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Downtown, Durham

I enjoyed my stay at this loft apartment in downtown Durham. It's part of a large complex of lofts, and it spacious with high ceilings and big windows. It was very quiet while I was there. The location is excellent, I was able to walk to nearby restaurants. The parking is a bit complicated but worked out fine. One thing to note is that this is a corporate airbnb and so lacks the charm of other listings. The communication I experienced was very transactional and demanding, requiring and extra check in process and ID upload which was very tedious. Check in was very late (5pm) and I was told I would be charged extra if I arrived a couple of hours early. The kitchen has very few essentials to cook with. I was alone but groups should be aware it's open plan and sound will carry easily between the bedrooms and living room as there's no full wall between them.

This place was one of the nicest Airbnbs I've stayed at! Very cute decor, exceptionally clean, lots of extras, and the beds were super-comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large front porch. Beth was a also a pleasure to work with and had helpful information about the area. We didn't need to move our car the entire weekend, as the house is right in Carrboro, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and will book again when I'm in the area.

Peidi’s place was perfect for us. It was well furnished and had everything one could need in the kitchen and bathrooms for a very comfortable stay. The king size beds were very comfortable. The condo was adjacent to the Greenway which provided great walks around a beautiful lake and was close to an array of excellent stores, including Harris Teeter. We will definitely be coming back!!

What a wonderful launch pad for the Durham area. I loved being in close proximity to so much culture, yet at the end of the day I could unwind on the peaceful back deck or lower garden patio to watch the sunset. The bed was plenty comfortable. I highly recommend this place - especially if you appreciate aesthetics, original artwork and fabulous natural lighting!

Haley and Sam were solicitous, responded quickly to all my messages, and even thoughtfully offered a late check-out, which I greatly appreciated. Their place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. If you're looking for a convenient spot with easy walking access to Duke University, this is definitely the place to stay! I recommend their place and would absolutely return.

My husband, my 6 month old, and I had a great stay and Elizabeth and Amy’s place! The proximity to campus and downtown Durham is great and the apartment itself was very cute, clean, and well stocked. The availability of baby items (pack and play, tub, high chair) made our first trip with baby so easy and smooth! Elizabeth and Amy were very communicative and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying at any one of their listings.

This place was a breath of fresh air. One of the best air b&bs I’ve stayed in awhile. My family has experienced a nightmare air b&b the night before where we had no running water. We immediately left that horrible place and Daniel welcomed us with open arms. Thank you so much for being so kind and open to my family and I. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

What a great home in a nice neighborhood with coffee shop and grocery store in walking distance. Loved the outside area and back and front porches. Very comfortable.

My dogs and I loved staying here so much! They were able to run around in the yard and I had a comfy couch to watch television and a kitchen to cook in. I got really great sleep every night. Excellent place ^-^

This was a perfect place for me and my 2 kitties in Durham for two months. Kay was responsive when we had some wifi troubles, and otherwide let us be (which works great for me). Plenty of room, well stocked, decent desk for my workspace, two comfy beds, nice yard. It's not a great neighborhood, but the immediate space around the house, the block we were on, was perfectly save. Adorable home, obviously a place where people have lived.

We really enjoyed our visit. This was our second time in a house hosted by Amy and Elizabeth and as before, they provided a great experience. The house was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard garden, which was private and has nice furniture to sit on. Trinity Park is a nice neighborhood with beautiful historic homes. We were fortunate to be able to tour several of them as we were there during the neighborhood’s annual tour of homes. It’s close to Duke East campus and a short, easy drive into downtown Durham. I would stay there on a future visit.

The house was nice and Crystal was communicative and helpful.

Gayathri’s place was absolutely perfect for our group of 8 during commencement weekend. I cannot say enough good things about her and the space she has created. The family room easily accommodated our group to gather and enjoy time together, and we loved that each bedroom had a king size bed. The location is perfect for quick and easy access to campus and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Gayathri quickly responded to any messages and was such a joy to communicate with. She also left some breakfast items for us which was much appreciated the morning after we arrived. It was so nice to not have to run to the store the moment we arrived. The coffee she provided was also much appreciated! If you have a group visiting Durham and this home is available, do not hesitate to book!

The home was beautiful and had a lot of space. It was just two of us, but we could have easily split it with at least two more people. We especially loved the lake view patio. We enjoyed our morning coffee out there every morning as well as a few night caps. It was so peaceful. Jim was very easy and quick to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again.

We were in town for an event at the Convention Center - great location - 10 min drive. We were even able to check in early! Aside from going to the convention center, we didn’t use our car. Nice walk to many restaurants, shops, etc.Highly recommend - we would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Raleigh!

Had tons of amenities! Instructions left were clear, and the place was clean and well decorated. It was a very comfortable stay!

Pearl Mill is a unique place with a great pool and gardens. The people there are super friendly, I felt so welcome. Easy parking, feels very safe. The condo is as described and very comfortable, perfect for one or two people. The outdoor environment, the inner courtyard, is beautiful and full of things to do. Very walkable to great restaurants, the Ellerbee trail, and the farmer's market on Saturday. Robert and the Trianglebnb folks were super responsive when my flight was delayed and I needed to stay an extra night. I'd definitely stay again. Thanks Robert!

My wife and I were in town to visit with our daughter and to attend a concert at Coastal Credit Union at Walnut Creek. The location is ideal for getting anywhere in the Raleigh area. It was very quiet the entire weekend we visited. The place is perfectly appointed- we especially appreciated the king-size bed which is rare for this size place! Amazing shopping, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. Audra provided proactive and very clear instructions. Audra is clearly passionate about providing exceptional customer service, and it shows in every detail! We look forward to staying at Audra’s place again the next time we are in Raleigh! Everything about our experience was perfect!
