A large family kitchen, large living room, separate dining room, laundry room and downstairs toilet. Outside there's a large terrace, 6x4 swimming pool, table, chairs, sun loungers & barbecue. Bed linen provided. Sleeps, 4, 6 or 8.

Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of two houses set in 6 acres of private land. We can accommodate up to 18 people across both, which are normally rented as a unit, giving guests exclusive and flexible use of the many public and private areas - perfect for multi generational family use. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). Guests have the use of our 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and the parkland.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

River View Cottage

River View Cottage is directly on the River in The Loire Valley...close to all the Vineyards and Famous Chateaux's, where you may enjoy using our Paddle Boards and Kayak to explore or have a massage to take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. There is excellent fishing from our private dock ! Small, friendly dogs under 5kg Only !! are welcome, as we have a very small Yorkshire Terrier who will want to play and be best friends with your dog...

The Laundry Room @ The Carpentry Shop

New to the market for 2024, an historic, refurbished self-catering gîte for two in rural France, with the original laundry features intact. It offers a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and a private patio. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. If you need anything, just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Enjoy a stylish single-storey home in a house where we live upstairs (2 people, 1 cat and 3 chickens). Good sound insulation! Separate entrance and unoverlooked courtyard. 7-minute walk to all shops, cinema and 3 Romanesque churches. You can also go around MELLE by the path of discovery (arboretum) . There are many cultural proposals throughout the year: Beta-lab, associative coffee, scientific evenings, concerts and festivals ...

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).
