In the heart of the Poitevin marsh, on the immediate edge of the river, in a quiet area, the accommodation is ideally located to travel between Niort, the marsh, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Futuroscope, Vendée, Puy du Fou, Palmyre Zoo, Ile d'Oléron… Christelle and Jean-Michel, former boatmen guides, will be happy to introduce you to the marsh. You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.

Charming cottage nestled in the heart of Saint Laurent sur Sèvre, just 15 minutes from Puy du Fou. Located in a peaceful environment, this small house offers all the necessary comfort. It is located on the same land as our main house, but enjoys total privacy and independent access. You will enjoy your own little private garden. Note our dog Oscar (Boxer) will be on the property, although very sociable, it would be better if our guests like animals.

L'Évaille is a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation nestled in the heart of the wet marsh. Its green setting by the water invites you to enjoy an exotic experience.
