Studio in a new single-story family house. The accommodation consists of 3 separate rooms for a total area of 26 m². The bedroom with sitting area/TV and dining area is 16 m², the bathroom is 6.5 m²; finally a small kitchen equipped with 3.5 m² completes the whole. Outside, relaxation is guaranteed! The terrace is sheltered by a pergola, with table, chairs, garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, gas plancha and with a view of the family garden.
