Fontenay Le Comte is located in the center of many tourist places to discover, such as the Marais Poitevin, the Forest of Mervent Vouvant, one of the most beautiful villages in France, the Abbeys, and about 50 km from Puy du Fou, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, the Vendée coast.

Nearby amenities (supermarket, bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy, restaurants, tobacco press, bank, market every Saturday, sports complex including swimming pool and ice rink), bus stop next to the house, 10 min walk from the city center and the tourist office. The accommodation is 20 minutes from Puy du fou, 15 minutes from Parc Orientale de Maulévrier, and 45 minutes from Nantes airport.

All around the village stretches from the vineyards and its castle with its guide that is worth a visit (to visit). Small loft of 50 square meters with kitchen open to living room , bedroom and walk-in shower. Very large bay window in the living room which brings light and makes the environment warmer .
