Spacious, family friendly, 3 bedroom Gite in a quiet location yet 5km to the nearest historic market town of Melle. Own wood fired hot tub outside the front door, with bbq and dining area all fenced for security for children and pets. Shared swimming pool with shared hot tub. Plenty of outside space with lawns, trees, flowers, play area and woodland stream. The Gite has WiFi, air-con on the ground floor, English cable tv, washing machine and dishwasher plus shared games room with pool table.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Village amenities include a boulangerie 2 mins from door, pharmacy, small supermarket and village bar, weekly market in square on Thursdays. **please note there are only 2 double beds at house** We supply all bed linen, towels, tea towels and cleaning materials for your stay along with a welcome pack.

Garden side: you can enjoy the terrace with two atmospheres . A sitting area with a corner sofa and a dining area on a beautiful terrace overlooking the swimming pool and equipped with a bioclimatic pergola. A kitchen equipped with a piano ,dishwasher , large fridge .

River View Cottage is directly on the River in The Loire Valley...close to all the Vineyards and Famous Chateaux's, where you may enjoy using our Paddle Boards and Kayak to explore or have a massage to take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. There is excellent fishing from our private dock ! Small, friendly dogs under 5kg Only !! are welcome, as we have a very small Yorkshire Terrier who will want to play and be best friends with your dog...

Relax in this traditional stone built first floor studio apartment with stylish, contemporary kitchen and bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed space for al fresco dining and a splash pool to unwind with a glass of wine. Situated in a small hamlet a few minutes from the historic market town of Melle and an hour's drive from the stunning city of La Rochelle, the apartment is ideally situated for exploring both country and seaside.

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and a 20-minute walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for bike, motorcycle, firewood...). On 40 m² we accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (a 160 bed, a 130 sofa bed).
