Great place, great neighborhood! Easy access to all! Even though it was an upstairs unit it was quiet and comfortable!

Jackie was very attentive and wanted to make sure that we had a great stay. Very good location to go downtown.

Lovely Airbnb! Extra amenities, very clean, cutely decorated, comfortable functional furniture, deer walked up into the back yard area in the early morning hours, peaceful neighborhood, home is attached but completely private on a dead end street, covered front porch with comfortable wicker cushioned furniture, we loved it and would stay again if returning to the area. There were 4 adults and 1 toddler and we had ample room. Thank you again 😊 for a lovely stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Brenda and Michael’s. The house is extremely comfortable, quiet, and peaceful. The neighborhood is charming and felt very safe. Brenda and Michael were excellent communicators and added many thoughtful details to the space, such as local recommendations, a clean Brita, easy WiFi instructions, and a sweet welcome note with snacks. It was a fantastic experience—100x better than staying in a hotel. Highly recommend!

Anthony’s house is really nice and clean. Darn near spotless. He was very responsive when I messaged him. He said he was actively working to deal with the only issue I experienced regarding noise from a nearby property. It was a positive stay overall for me.

Very cute place! We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, kid friendly. We did not have small children but noticed that were many amenities for kids (toys, dishes, fold away crib.).

This home was perfect for our family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Drake University. Her sisters and partners were able to stay with us with room to spread out. The spacious, well appointed kitchen was perfect for food prep. The porch area was a great place to hang out and chat. We loved the color choices, decor, and fun furniture. We would stay here again in a minute and recommend Brandy’s place wholeheartedly!

Great stay in the heart of easy village. The 2 key setup for the front and back door was strange but it worked as we followed the instructions. space felt big with the layout, water pressure was good as well as the hot water.

I had a wonderful stay at Dallas’s Airbnb! From the start, Dallas was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, which made the booking process smooth and easy. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. I appreciated the attention to detail for the checkin and out process. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to others. Would love to stay again!

This stay in Waterbury was perfect! 9 minutes to downtown Des Moines and 6 minutes to Valley Junction. Photos were very accurate and the location was perfect. It’s was so cute! I would say it even looked better than the photos. One of the railings going up the outside stairs is pretty wobbly. Easy fix though! The place was clean and had anything we would need during our stay. Awesome place Eric! We would love to stay here again in the future!!!!

Stayed at Carl’s place for the 70.3 Ironman. He was very responsive and helped with all of my questions and was extremely generous. Very nice spacious house to fit all of the guest. No issues at all, I would definitely stay there again.

Walking distance to Drake making it perfect for parents visiting for sporting events or for graduations.

Jeffry’s place was clean, comfy, and cozy! His flexibility and understanding is one of the things that stood out to me most. Bed was comfy, bathroom & kitchen were very nice. 😊 Water pressure was also great. View from the window was awesome. 😎

Very friendly host. The apartment has a lot of space, is very clean and easy to live in. When we come back we would love to rent this apartment again. Around the corner several good restaurants and a hyvee to get groceries.

The condo was amazing. Well furnished and comfortable beds. Lots of room to spread out. The rooftop area was pretty. The only negatives are that there is no front door…the only entrance is a steep garage. I’m not sure I knew that. Also, the k cup part of the coffee station was not working and the garbage disposal isn’t working.

Jennifer’s condo is spacious, well lit and in a convenient location in the city. The furnishings are thoughtful and tasteful, and the unit has plenty of comfortable seating.

Great location for a basketball tournament at the convention center. Walkable from outside or the sky walk. Great communication and parking.

The inside of the condo is lovely and has some comfortable extra touches. The value and comfort far exceeds any hotel in the area.
